Lisa's bridal was amazing they had a huge selection of dresses, everyone was telling me my dress was the most beautiful they had ever seen. The bridesmaids dresses were about the same pricing as the other local salon but they seemed to have way more selection and the staff were much friendlier. They made a couple of exceptions for alterations appointments and payment plans, and bent oer backwards to be helpful. We got our entire wedding party's attire from Lisa's bridal and were really happy with the outcome. Thanks!!

Their team was helpful, honest and professional.
Not once did I feel pressured to lean towards a certain style or dress, they let me try on whatever I wanted.
The alterations department was fabulous as well and were much more affordable that I had expected. They had to hem the dress quite a bit with quite a few layers in the skirt, they also added a bow to the back of the dress, did a four point over bustle, and then touched up the bodice as it was a sample and it cost less than $200.

AMAZING selection too. A MUST for any lower mainland bride, (or island bride if you can manage to come to vancouver)

All of the men in the wedding party rented the suit from here. Every one of them was wrong. Why did they waste the time on a fitting if what you are going to give them on the day is wrong. None of them had shoes each one had to ask for shoes. On the packing slip for what was in the bag was all right but once we got out of town for the wedding one of them had an med vest instead of a 2XL! they expected us to drive back to town to pick it up! They promised a credit upon returning the items and refused to do so once we got there. I will never use this company again and suggest you don't either! worst service ever!

I was one of 4 bridesmaids in my friend's wedding and we all purchased our dresses from Lisa's Bridal in New Westminster. The service was great when we were there trying stuff on, and of course when we spent $1,500. The dresses were overpriced to start with but they were pretty so we all bit our tongues and coughed up the cash for the sake of the bride. Now if I am spending just under $400 on a bridesmaid dress, I don't expect it to start falling apart at the wedding!!!! The broach in the middle started to unravel and the hem started to come out. I had to cut the hem support because it was this big loop of fishing string and was getting caught on stuff.

I called the store to get some sort of reimbursment, but all they could do was fix the dress for free. I already wore it for the wedding!! When the hell am I going to wear it again to have it fixed!!! I was looking for some sort of percentage refunded since I shouldn't have to pay that much for a poorly made dress.

I would never shop there again and I do not recommend it to anyone!

Lisa's Bridal has a great selection of dresses for a great price. I got my dress, which was priced at 3 thousand at other salons for 1,200! That in my books is a steal. I told the woman at the salon when I met her to find my dress that I wasn't leaving without a dress in hand and she had me try on many many dresses before suggesting one for me, which I tried on and fell in love with. My mother and I were in tears and it was then that I knew it was my dress. I had people at my wedding ask me where I got my dress and if it was made for me. The woman who helped me definitely knew what she was talking about and knew her stuff. In terms of booking appointments, be sure to book way in advanced as they are always busy.

5 bridesmaids dresses, all in the same colour but different styles to suit the girl. They were very helpful and knew what suited the girls' body types. Unfortunatly you couldn't take pictures of the dresses to remember what they got. They will be gorgeous however.

I was a huge fan of this store. I bought my grad and wedding dress there. However, they were my only headache of my wedding. I ordered my dress, veil and shoes from there. When I went in for my final fitting to pick up my dress, veil and shoes. they tell me my shoes are lost and not in (7 days before the wedding). They said they would call me in a couple days to tell me when they would be in. Well I don't hear from them till 3 days before the wedding when I call. They forgot but they were found. I told them that there was no way I could get there to get them and they really had no solution for me. You would think they could priority ship it or something but no. So luckily my mother in law went out and got them. Very unprofessional. However, I love my dress and only found it there so sometimes you have to put up with it.

The ladies at Lisa's bridal were fantastic! They put a rush on the dress when they realized there was a chance that it was not going to be in on time. When I called wondering where my dress was there was always someone who called me back immediately with an answer. My consultant did such a wonderful job. She knew my size by looking at me and when the dress arrived it was perfect! There was not one alteration needed. I would highly recommend using Lisa's bridal!

The sheer amount of bridal stores lining the bridal mecca in New Westminster can feel overwhelming when you first begin your search for the perfect dress. Having personally checked out everyone of these stores, I highly recommend that you head straight to Lisa's Bridal and forget the rest. The dress styles there are original, unlike the plethora of carbon copy styles you would see elsewhere, and the material is of a smooth, sumptuous silk, rather than the rough plastic-like taffeta of other stores. I went during a trunk sale (15-20% off!) and chose an Anjolique creation that was absolutely gorgeous, embroidered with Swarovski crystals and gorgeous embellishments. The expertise of the staff in satisfying the customer from the first appointment to the last fitting impressed me. My one concern was that the sales associate recommended I order a size larger than I normally wear with the rationale that wedding gowns fit small, and I ended up paying over $400 in alterations to take it in by an entire size, but I've heard this happens at most bridal shops, so it's buyer beware. Overall, any prospective brides should round up their bridesmaids and find their perfect dress here!

Great Service, I went there three times before I chose my dress. The sales person each time was very nice and helpful, she didn’t make us feel rushed during our last visit when we went over their closing time. The alterations department was also great, I mistakenly went a day earlier than my appointment and they accommodated me anyway. The alterations turned out great and it wasn’t very expensive.

Lisa’s Bridal gives you a discount on the men’s tuxes if you purchased your dress from them. My fiancé and I were able to make an appointment and choose the colors and outfits for the groomsmen ahead of time and arrange to have the guys drop by to get fitted. On the day we were supposed to pick the suits up, they were obviously very busy with it being wedding season. They should have anticipated the number of people that needed to get fitted and called an extra person (or two) in because we were early for our appointment and there was the party ahead of us still needing to be helped out. Even though the guys came in a couple weeks before to get fitted all the pants and jackets were the wrong size, there really wasn’t any point of them getting measured ahead of time if they were going to do it again when we picked up the suits. It was pretty annoying and while their organization for the wedding dresses was great, they need to look at providing the same service on their Men’s attire
