Everyone love love loved our photo booth! It was so worth it and it gave me the opportunity to take pictures with guests that I normally wouldn't have gotten pictures with. It's also great to have for guests who don't necessarily want to dance.
The photo booth attendant was super nice and professional, I would recommend them in a heart beat!

We hired Live Oak Photo Booth for my daughter’s wedding reception this past weekend. What a hoot!! Everyone had so much fun with the booth, from the bride’s grandparents down to the groom’s young twin sisters. The attendants were fun and helpful, the props were hysterical, and the booth added such a fun element to the wedding. Shay was extremely helpful in picking out background and footer choices, and she is very easy to work with. I highly recommend Live Oak Photo Booth for your event…they do a great job!
This photo booth company is great! I love that we could fit so many people in the large open booth, and we were able to pick our own background for our event. The guys working our wedding were extremely nice and helpful to all of our guests. And WOW did they bring a lot of props! Awesome company!
I would recommend Live Oak Photobooth to everyone! They were great! Shay organized the whole thing from the beginning and the attendants they used were fun and professional. Everything went smoothly and our coordinator even said it was the best and most successful photobooth she had seen out of all the weddings she had been to. The props were hilarious and everyone loved it!

We recently rented Live Oak Photo Booth for our high school project graduation. The color photos were incredible! The staff was incredible as well! The Seniors had a great time!! I would definitely recommend Live Oak Photo again!!
Live Oak Photo Booth was amazing at Latexo's Jr. Sr. Prom. Matt and Traci got to the school early and set the photobooth up and were ready to go before the first students arrived. Some of the students wondered why we were having a photobooth, because most would leave around 9 after the Senior Walk, but that did not happen. Our students were taking pictures and having a great time. Most stayed until 11:45 and we still had many there when we turned lights on at midnight. If you want to keep your students at prom. It was so much fun, the class that will be doing the prom already is asking about the photobooth. Thank you so much for making this the best prom (as the kids are saying) that we had.
Jacob from Live Oak was an amazing choice for our wedding! He met with us multiple times in advance to make sure he really had a grasp on our vision for the wedding music. He was the most organized person we dealt with during wedding planning, it was a breath of fresh air. He always responded to emails and phone calls quickly. he guided us toward all the music we needed to select for the event.
The day of he was super prepared for everything and went above and beyond to run our wedding slideshow for us. He did the ceremony sound as well. Everyone commented how great the music was! We enjoyed every minute of it. Going in to wedding planning, everyone warned me that DJs are "flaky" and don't care much about your event. Jacob blew that stereotype out of the water! The only annoying thing about the whole process is that their music selection system online is a little clunky and we accidentally deleted our music choices a couple times. Overall, I can't recommend DJ Jacob and Live Oak DJ highly enough!
These guys are amazing!! Amazing quality in the photos, ability to look at prints online after the event. The staff is a blast and very professional. Best of all they really care! We rented the photo booth for our wedding, without it I don't know my guests would have had nearly as much fun as they did. What a major hit it was, couldn't have asked for anything more. How far do you travel for an event?
We travel from the Austin area and include much of Central Texas for our normal package prices. Depending on the travel distance a fee may apply. Please call or email with your location and event date and we can better quote you.
How long is the rental period for the photobooth?
We can offer any amount of time but we generally suggest at least 3hrs of unlimited photos for your event. We don’t recommend any shorter than 2hrs for an event.
What is your weather policy?
The photobooths must be kept dry so rain or inclement weather can be an issue. Outdoor events are fine as long as it is dry and under a tent enclosure. We do not charge for a cancellation fee if an event must be postponed due to inclement weather or severe weather conditions.
Is there a limit on how many pictures a person can take in the photo booth?
The photo booth rental includes UNLIMITED pictures.
What is your deposit?
To reserve the booth a $200.00 save-the-date deposit is required. The deposit can be paid through Pay Pal on our website. The balance must be paid by check 7 days prior to the event or pay cash at the event. No credit cards accepted for the balance.
Does an attendant come with the rental?
We always keep a friendly attendant at the booth to assist guests. Depending on number of guests, it may require two attendants for no extra charge.
I need the booth set up two hours before my reception because my ceremony and reception are at the same place. How much do you charge for idle hours?
This happens quite frequently. We charge $30 extra per hour of idle time. Some customers choose to have the booth run for a one-hour cocktail hour, have it idle for an hour during dinner and then, have it run for a couple more hours during the reception as well.
How much will it cost to deliver the booth to my event?
Delivery is free within 45 minutes of Austin.
Are the photos printed right on the spot?
Yes. The booth will print the photos within seconds for your guests' immediate enjoyment.
