About Liz Stewart Life-Cycle Celebrant®

Your wedding ceremony should be personal, reflecting who you are as individuals and as a couple.. I will take the time to understand your beliefs, your values, and what makes your bond unique. In a Celebrant ceremony, you are empowered. Nothing is imposed on you. Instead, in a collaborative process, I will guide you in choosing rituals, readings, symbols and music to fulfill your ideals and vision for your wedding.

Celebrants are Life-Cycle® ceremony specialists who have a solid background in the history of ritual, ceremony and the traditions of many cultures, beliefs and religions. They are experts at managing rehearsals and performing weddings. They are experienced in the art of ceremonial public speaking.

I will:
-Meet with you at a no-obligation interview to  discuss your vision of the ceremony.

-Interview you to learn your personal story.

-Consult with you until the ceremony is just right.

-Rehearse the ceremony with you at your venue.

-Provide you with a beautiful keepsake copy of your ceremony.

More and more couples in Colorado are looking for something new and creative for their weddings and commitment ceremonies. Hiring a Celebrant allows for opportunities to freely design that special day; every aspect from readings, to music, to symbolism.

Celebrants officiate at personalized civil-secular, nondenominational, religious, spiritual and multicultural wedding ceremonies. Hi, I am Liz Stewart and I have been in private practice as a Structural Integration (Rolf Method) Practitioner since 1992.

I became a LifeCycle® Celebrant after being asked to officiate a family member's wedding. Studying and learning about this rite of passage made me realize that I would like to expand my work and that this would be a nice complement to my existing bodywork practice. Many of my clients are looking for unique experiences where they feel connected and contacted.

I feel fortunate to work with them through many transitions and being a Celebrant fits really well.

My goal is to create a wedding ceremony that reflects who you are in your relationship. We do this together. I will send you a list of questions, meet with you to better understand your vision, the elements and rituals you would like included. It is all about you two. What you want and what you don't want are important factors.

Testimonials:

Liz was the celebrant at my ceremony this past September and I could not have been happier. The day of the wedding can be stressful, but Liz made me know everything was going to run smoothly and perfectly. Throughout the months before the big day, she sat down with my fiancé and me to discuss everything we wanted. She customized our ceremony to us and revised the script over and over until it was just right. We had many compliments on how personalized our ceremony was; our guests could really tell it had been written just for us. If you decide to use Liz as your celebrant, you will not be disappointed.  - Miranda B.
