Liz Varenne Makeup/On the Glow Tanning

Liz did makeup for me, my mom and 2 of my bridesmaids. Before the wedding day I was feeling worried about the time crunch and she brought in a second artist with no problem. She was very punctual, professional, and great at what she does. She's also sweet and funny so you feel so relaxed while in her skilled hands! Beautiful job!!

I am so please with Liz's work for my wedding, she was awesome!!! Very responsible on time, good personality. My mom and my Godmother did their make-up and they were so happy with the result. I looked like a princess, so beautiful i have receive so many complements that i really have to thank liz for the perfect and wonderful job she did. If i have any other event i will definetely call her again to do my make-up. Great job Liz love your job!!!

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Liz Varenne and her makeup services. Liz did my makeup for my wedding day as well as my entire bridal party's makeup and everyone looked absolutely gorgeous and LOVED how their makeup came out. I'm not a big makeup person at all and Liz really listened to what I wanted and made me feel like the most beautiful bride in the world!! simply excellent service

Fantastic job! I wasn't sure of the difference between regular makeup and air brushing, so Liz used up some of her products to do half my face with each one! I ended up going for the natural look with the regular makeup, and was extremely pleased with how it turned out. I barely had to do touch-ups,and she provided me with the makeup for the day FOR those touch-ups! I was put at ease and very comfortable during the entire process...from the trial to the actual day,and she even worked on my bridesmaids! She is pleasant and friendly. And on my wedding day, when I had massive breakouts on my chest, shoulders and face; Liz was able to cover them successfully. She is very professional, remains calm, she relaxes you while working, and gives beauty tips once she knows your skin. I would highly recommend to her to anyone seeking a great makeup artist for any occasion! I know I will definitely be using Liz again!

I have nothing but good things to say about Liz Varenne. She got right back to me, answered all of my questions and we scheduled a trial right away. She came to my home and explained the kind of make-up she was using and the air brush process. She also made sure to ask me what kind of makeup I was looking for for my wedding day so that I was happy with what she did.

My wedding day makeup stayed on beautifully ALL DAY and I was so happy with it! It was so nice to not have to worry about how my makeup looked all day! We will definitely be calling her again as other family members get married.

Liz was an absolute dream at my wedding. Not only did she keep me (and my wedding party) calm and cool during the pre-wedding prep, she worked her magic and we all looked gorgeous for my big day. I chose the airbrush makeup which looked so natural and flawless and it lasted the entire day, until the wee hours of the morning. I highly recommend Liz for any bride and their bridal party. She listens to exactly what you ask for and follows through successfully. I STILL get compliments on my makeup when friends look at our photos and it was 17 months ago. She even was able to give me a recommendation for a hairstylist when I asked her for one and she was great too. Thanks again, Liz!

Liz did an excellent job with my makeup on my wedding day. She came bright and early to do my makeup because I had a 10 AM wedding. Her prices were also affordable. Her cheery spirit also helped in calming my nerves. Thanks Liz!

Definitely do a trial so she can get your makeup exactly how you want it before your wedding day. She also did a few bridesmaid's and my mother's makeup and they all loved it.
Her prices are very reasonable, espcially considering she will come to your house. Getting ready at home really takes away some of the stress of the day!
Liz is great and you'll be happy you used her!

All I have to say is she is amazing, she did such a fabulous job on myself as well as the bridal party, we never had to touch up our makeup all evening, she kept me in control when I was freaking out because we were running so behind, she kept her calm and professionalism, Thank you liz you are amazing, I would recommend you to anyone and I will consider using you in the near future, your the best.

Liz was great!! I can't say enough good things about her. She was professional, and gave me 110%. She recommended colors, and helped to make me feel like a princess on my wedding day. I would definitely recommend her to any bride planning there wedding. I know that if I have a party or event in the future where I will need my make up done, I know where to call.

Trial is very helpful so you are prepared on the day of and know some details you do/don't like. Liz came for a trial and did my make up based on the comments I had and it came out GREAT!

Another helpful thing is that Liz is extremely punctual (IMPORTANT detail for a day like that)

Dealing with Liz was great.....it was easy to set up the consultation....she was on time, explained everything clearly... gave me tips for continuing my look throughout the day and i looked great....On the big day, she came on time, worked fast, and I looked amazing...everyone asked who did my makekup.....She really made the entire transaction a pleasure and one less thing to worry about at a stressful time. Five stars from me....and that ain't easy to do.....

Liz was such a pleasure to work with! She came to my home at my convenience for my Make-Up Trial, which made it very easy and stress-free. On my Wedding Day, Liz was already waiting for me at the ceremony location. The make-up application took about an hour. She did an amazing job with my make-up and I felt like I had nothing on and it lasted all night. I highly recommend Liz for any event, she is very professional and reliable.

Liz is amazing! She is so friendly and down to earth, which makes her so easy to work with. Liz can help you achieve whatever look you are going for, and the makeup will last all night!! I had her do my mom's makeup and my maid of honor as well. It is also so convenient to have someone come to you, instead of going out. As the bride, you will be very pleased with the results.

Liz is the best mark-up artist. She just did my make-up for my wedding on April 6, 2007 and I was blown away when she was finished, I looked like the Queen I wanted to be for the day. She also handled my bridesmaid and made each of them look like a different type of princess. She took the time to do it right and valued our opinion. I would deffintley tell other brides to call Liz.

Liz is fantastic. I used her for my wedding and the pictures came out wonderful and my makeup stayed on all day long. I also use her on special occasions. She makes it easy to get a hold of her by email or by phone. I wouldn't think of using anyone else.

I was so pleased with Liz's overall service!!! I was so nervous on my wedding day and she made me feel very relaxed and confident I would not have to worry about my makeup. She was prompt, engageable and very talented with her makeup application. My guests at the wedding thought my makeup looked beautiful and lasted all day and night. I was so pleased with the work she had done and how relaxed she made me feel, that I referred her to a few of my friends (some of whom have already used her services as well and were quite happy)...and I will keep referring her to anyone I know who is getting married or has a big event to attend. Liz was amazing!!!!!!!! I shopped around for wedding makeup and did a few trials. By the end of the day of my trial, I looked like I was melting. I found Liz through a web search and scheduled a trial. The weather was HORRENDOUS that day, but she came early! I absolutely loved what she did, so much so I found myself laying on my bed, looking into the mirror and wishing that I had somewhere to go! On our wedding, she and her associate applied either airbrush or traditional makeup for the entire bridal party, and they looked GORGEOUS! My mother, grandmother and Bridal Attendant even had their makeup done. My mom looked like she was 20 again. Not once did I have to touch up my makeup... through all the dancing and crying, through our meals, not even before the after party! I looked and felt absolutely beautiful and I have recommend Liz to all of my friends and family. To this day, our guests have complimented all of us on how great our makeup looked. As I told Liz, I wish I had the money to have her do my makeup every day!!!!!!!

I had only two weeks before my wedding last September to find a makeup artist I was comfortable with when I met and had a consultant with Mrs. Liz Varenne. Not only did she impress me with her prices, but the list of services were remarkable... Mrs. Varenne was very attentive to my requests, and gave me a sample look that I was extremely pleased with. Mrs. Varenne was professional and has such a calming, pleasant demeanor.

On the day of the wedding, Liz was so accomodating to come to my hotel suite and pamper my bridemaids and I. With her services, she made all of us look like princesses on that day... All I needed was a glass of wine, but the wedding was too early in the morning.

From this, I highly recommend the services of Liz Varenne and have given her as a reference to other brides I know in the area.

I have also kept her as a vendor for future events when I know Liz can make a frumpy girl, like myself, look fabulous.
