Local Smoke BBQ

These guys are amazing. We searched high and low for a rehearsal dinner caterer that wouldn't break the bank and still taste great. Since my now husband is from Texas, we thought a laid back bbq would be ideal. But finding someone to cater was hard- or just really expensive.
Enter Local Smoke....the food is great- and having a Texan husband with high standards meant that Local Smoke had to pass the test. They came to our apartment with a tasting so we could make our decision!! At the rehearsal dinner the guests were thrilled with the food- we had brisket, ribs, and pulled pork sandwiches, plus jalapeno poppers, salad, corn on the cob and grilled veggies.
They set up, cleaned up, and were great throughout the entire process.
All you have to do is find a venue!
I highly recommend them!
