I give my personal stylist, Natasha, 5 stars for my hair, but everything else was so disorganized that it hindered our experience. First, the salon was going have a different person do my hair, but I complained, so they called Natasha in for me. Then they had one of my bridesmaids and one of my flower girls wait forever to get their hair done even though there were stylists just sitting around. They had makeup artists show up even though I cancelled my make -up. And then, even though they quoted my MOH a lower price for her daughters' hair, they charged her more. Everyone's hair looked lovely, it was just disorganized.
