I found Lone Star with the help of my DOC. They were wonderful! I was having a hard time looking for someone who would be willing to do a simple pick up and drop off without having to worry about hour minimums. My ceremony location and reception location were really just a matter of yards away, but every place I called required a 3 hour minimum and cost so much. I was ready to just walk to and from the venues until I found Lone Star. They were able to work with exactly what we needed and at a price that would work for both of us. The guy who drove was wonderful. Very professional yet friendly and on-time!

I couldn't ask for more; these guys were terrific. Arrived on time, escorted us to our wedding in luxury, and had an unbeatable price. Very highly recommended.

What types of cars do you have in your fleet?

Our fleet contains a variety of clean, modern vehicles. Our drivers are professional, courteous, safety-minded and well-groomed.

Describe any special wedding packages you offer:

We have several Custom Party Packages for Women which include a full day or evening of events such as wine tasting, dance lessons, shoe or pleasure parties, spa excursions - all packages include luxury transportation, of course!

Do you offer any special group discounts for contracting multiple vehicles?

We offer volume discounts.

Is there a minimum amount of rental time that is required?

There is a 3 hour minimum for towncar or stretch. 4 hour minimum for vans, minibuses, or motorcoaches.

Do you offer more than just pickup and drop-off? If yes, what services?

We provide pick-up, drop-off, shuttle - all transportation services are possible.

What (if any) associations are you a member of?

We are members of San Mateo Convention & Visitors Bureau, Milpitas Chamber, Rainbow Chamber, Silicon Valley Concierge Association, and eWomen Network.

Additional Advice

Wedding Couples, please book early! We love our brides...they typically make contact 6 to 12 months out, and then book their transportation 3 months in advance. This is perfect. We love our grooms too...but...they typically call us 24 to 72 hours in advance to book their transportation and we don’t always have availability. Please book early so we can be sure to have what you need when you call! Thanks
