Reviews for Los Coyotes Country Club
I was married there on July 29, 2006. I had an overall great experience. The event sales person I dealt with all year was a little hard to get a hold of at times but she always kept her word and came through on things. The banquet manager who pretty much took over from the rehearsal on (was there the entire night during our reception) was awesome! He threw in the smaller extra ballroom to use for our cocktail hour for free. Los Coyotes is such a beautiful place and the packages are the best for the price! I definitely recommend it.
The hubby and I were married here on March 24, 2007. They had the space we needed for a large wedding guest list of 300 guests. My contact person there at the time was Nicole and Laura. They were extremely helpful. They usually returned phone calls for the most part. Thankfully, they worked very well with my own wedding cordinator. The food was great the day of. They even set asie appetizers for us since we didnt get to eat any while we took pictures.
The package prices are great. I was really glad that valet parking was included. We ended up renting a lot our chairs and linens from an outside company, and they were very accomodating to let us decorate the ballroom to our desire. Our guests raved about how beautiful our reception was.
Los Coyotes Country Club is a beautiful and classy event venue. We hosted our reception at this site. Our event coordinator was extremely helpful through the entire planning process. The staff allowed us the use of two golf carts so we could explore the grounds in search of photographic scenery. If you are planning a wedding in this area I would recommend stopping by to see for yourself.
This place is gorgeous! I couldn’t have been more pleased with the site and staff. They just remodeled it a year ago and it’s got stunning Mediterranean style architecture. What’s smart is that they have a separate entrance for events in the front, separate from members (so you only have YOUR guests going through the same entrance.) And it’s only your party on that side of the club. Pretty exclusive. Katharine, Dawn, and Gina were the event sales staff and they were the best to work with. Always willing to ask questions, return phone calls (and I called them on every question and they were always polite). Guests have been telling us how wonderful the salmon or filet mignon was (we had a choice in entrée) and that the waiters did an excellent job on service. I brought the sales staff all our items to be put on the tables and how to set up the terrace and room and they did it all perfectly for us. We had our cocktail hour on the terrace overlooking lights of the city from top of the hill. The sun was setting during that hour. I heard it was beautiful. A nice touch was that we had complimentary valet for our guests. That was a nice touch. From booking, planning and performance, LCCC was excellent, excellent, excellent!
I love, love, LOVE the ladies at the Los Coyotes Country Club. We were one of the first weddings at the Country Club after their complete renovation in 2002-2003. Even though we signed on when there was little more to see than blueprints and swatches, it was Katherine and her staff that sold the place for us. I was confident that they would do everything in their power to make sure our day was perfect...and they did. I have nothing but praise for those ladies.
As for the Club itself, I loved it. The setting was perfect, the food was delicious. Everything was absolutely fabulous.
I got married there in May. I had no problems working with Denise and Nicole...super sweet. Even Mark the catering manager was very easy to work with. But the wait staff was super slow. From what I undertand (from my DOC), one person waited on two tables. But still...the food was slow, the cake took forever and a lot of the guests left! My DOC ran into the kitchen so many times. They even forgot to have forks on the cake plate. So I'm not sure if it's because I had so many people (250+) but I wish the service was better.
I got married there on October 22, 2005. The event manager was very friendly and very easy to work with. We really enjoy the tasting for the food and the walk through during the whole planning process. The day of the wedding, we even have a whole plate of appetizers after the cocktail hour because we didn't get to eat them. Everything from services to views are great and excellent!
