Are you a commercial studio or a home-based business?
Commercial studio, with a local, home-base feel. We are commercial in the sense of our overall quality, but home-based in that we are compact, efficient, thorough and always a phone call away to answer any questions you may have.
What types, such as unedited footage or special effects, of videography do you offer?
We offer unedited footage for a fee upon special request.
Do you have lighting equipment to accommodate a more dimly-lit event?
We do, though we typically only shoot outdoor weddings.
How many videographers do you work with?
2-3 per shoot usually.
Does the client get to meet the videographers before the event?
Of course!
Do you guarantee your presence at the actual event?
Before, during and after.
Do you book yourself for more than one event in a day? Weekend?
Sometimes, typically not though.
Do you have a replacement videographer in case you become unavailable on the event day?
Yes.
What kind of equipment do you typically bring with you on the day-of?
2-3 cameras, lenses, tripods, stedicams, audio recording devices, computers, bells & whistles etc...
What is your policy on taking breaks? If you require a meal break, do you require that the client provide your meal?
We need to eat as well, if we can do this during a lull in the reception, that is preferred. Though if not we ask for time to leave and get food if necessary. We enjoy sharing in the food with our couples though, it just adds to the overall experience that is 'your' wedding!
Do you charge overtime?
Nope
Do you reserve the right to use the video in the future for deals, contents, etc.?

How long does it take for the client to get the final video?
2-4 months depeding on the collection/package chosen
