Love Notes Weddings

We were very pleased with the service of Love Notes. We were fortunate enough to have Chris Marx as our officiant. He was absolutely wonderful and we got several compliments from our guest on our ceremony. He was kind, and caring, and no one would have ever known that we had not known him fr years! He looked and sounded great and even our families were very impressed! Thank you to Chrid as it is a day that we will never forget, and thanks to you it was awesome and went so smoothly!

I can't say enough about Love Notes Weddings and Ken Byrd, our officiant. He was so warm and personable and listened to everything we asked for. Our guests all loved the ceremony and how heart felt it was. The e-book you get when you sign up was amazing. It helped us put together a ceremony even better than I had imagined. I will absolutely tell people to use this service.

Awesome service at a great price!

Working with Love Notes was great. Our officiant was Ken Savage and was always available for questions and provided quick responses. Quick, like within 5 minutes quick. He was very polite and funny, everyone loved our ceremony. He was not able to make our rehearsal, which he had told me in advance, but his wife came in his place and she was great. I do feel like it would have calmed my nerves more had he been at the rehearsal. But the wedding went perfectly anyways.

We LOVED having Russ Donley for our officiant! He fit right in with both of our families and the helped set the mood for the wedding day! He was reassuring and confident in everything he did with us and I can't thank him enough for marrying us!!!

The company is organized (i.e. the planning workbook) and professional. Keith Long did an amazing job. If I could give him a 6 out of 5 for responsiveness, I would.A little example of his awesomeness: At the rehearsal, it was mentioned that witnesses on the license are optional, I asked if our mom's could sign. The following day after the ceremony and various pictures, Keith found me and handed me the license signed by him and our mothers. I had only mentioned it once, and he had accomplished it without me even noticing.His organization and responsiveness were GREATLY appreciated by me.

Love Notes Weddings is the perfect solution for any bride or groom who does not already have an affiliation to any priest/pastor/minister or specific church, but still desires a wedding ceremony more personalized then those typically conducted by a justice of the peace. My husband and I are not a particularly religious couple, and since both of us have very demanding careers, we were both very appreciative and relieved when we learned about Love Notes Weddings and the services they provide. Specifically, Larry Maughan of Love Notes Weddings, made the entire process of constructing our wedding ceremony not only extremely easy and convenient, but he also worked with us to help customize and craft the exact atmosphere we envisioned for our ceremony. Larry is the kind of gentleman who makes you feel like he’s known you for years after the first five minutes you speak with him. Love Notes provides you with several “pre-assembled” ceremony options in a section-by-section format, including everything from the ceremony readings, the ring exchange, and even diagram templates for the entrance and exit of your wedding party. You are free to mix-and-match any of sections offered and/or create each ceremony section from scratch. Larry is a kind-hearted, polite professional, and conducted our ceremony with effortless excellence despite all of my desired ceremony customizations. I must also point out, the flexibility and affordability of the services offered by Love Notes Weddings is most impressive and appreciated. I would definitely recommend Love Notes and Larry in particular!

The company and our officiant were great! Daniel was very personal and personable. Our wedding went perfect, the rehearsal went smoothly, and the ceremony was exactly what we wanted as we could build our own using the workbook Love Notes provided! When Daniel asked the day before the wedding if everything sounded alright, I asked if he could add a comment about "if anyone objects, jump in the lake" but to make it sort of classier. He did, and it was the perfect light-hearted start to make us and our guests more comfortable (and was way better than anything I would have written). Daniel and Love Notes was the perfect choice for us! :)

Chris Marx was excellent! Very flexible and helped us have a smooth wedding.

My officiant was Keith Long - he was great and met with us several times to go over details and gave us the opportunity to ask lots of questions. We don't have a home church, but wanted to incorporate our faith into our ceremony and the very special story of how we met. Keith was able to create a very personal ceremony for us and we absolutely loved it! We were able to choose some of the passages and verses from their books and then also wrote our own vows.My only complaint was I felt like I poured hours into our rehearsal worksheets that he asked me to fill out and during our rehearsal... I was having to answer the same questions again. I felt like I wasted a lot of frustration on writing everything down... only to be asked the same questions again.. it wasn't a huge deal.. it just would have been nice to be able to 'go through the rehearsal' without tons of questions I felt as though I had already answered. The day of... he was wonderful! He came to check on me before the ceremony and helped calm my nerves. He was flawless during our ceremony and made it fun.. yet traditional and the way we wanted. I would recommend LOVE NOTES to anyone who wants an officiant that is easy to work and affordable. They give you lots of great ideas and choices.

Marty was absolutely wonderful. My husband and I did not meet him until the day of our rehearsal, and we immediately felt at ease with him. Most of my correspondence was via email, but he spoke with my husband over the phone and said he would meet with us in person if I felt it was necessary. Marty delivered a light-hearted and fun ceremony, which most resembled me and my husband. All of our guests absolutely loved him. I would recommend Marty and Love Notes Weddings anytime.

Chris Marx was absolutely wonderful. We could not have been more happy with the way everything turned out. Chris has a large selection of options that allow you to personalize the entire ceremony. We received so many wonderful compliments from our guests, and he even officiated my brother's wedding too!

Randy was great! Very sweet and lightened the mood. Made funny jokes which got the guests laughing. He was fantastic to work with, based our vows on exactly what we asked for. Could not be happier with him, would definitely recommend.

Marty is one of a kind! We both felt very comfortable working with him and the wedding was beautiful.
