Lows Bridal was great. They had the best selection of all the store I went to try
on gowns. Ms. Ann was my salesperson. Many thanks to Ann for her kind sweet manner. She took me upstairs and downstairs. I tried on so many gowns. I found the perfect lace gown and everything to go with it

Our experience at Low's today was disappointing to say the least. We were so excited to drive to Lows because we had heard it was the place. However, we arrived 5 minutes before our appointment and our consultant didn't speak to us until 35 minutes after we arrived. No one bothered to offer any explanation or apology. My daughter did not have a dress in mind and wanted to try on a variety of styles. We were not offered a place to sit and stood for a while in the dressing room which was very frustrating since we were constantly having to move out of someones way. After my daughter was in tears, we found a quiet corner out of the way on our own. When the bride said she liked the bodice of one dress and wanted one similar but with a different skirt, she was told by the consultant that she really didn't know what to get for her because she only worked Saturdays and one hour during the week.

Got a beautiful dress and beautiful bridesmaids dresses. The staff was very helpful and everything came in on time.

The best part of this store is the selection and ambiance. It is a very beautiful and big store with tons of dresses, which in my opinion is better than going to a bunch of small boutiques. Unfortunately, the bridal consultants' lack of expertise and knowledge of the dresses made the store very difficult to navigate.

I went into my appointment with pictures of dresses I liked so the consultant could get an idea of the neckline and silhouette I wanted. I expected her to have some knowledge of their inventory and to suggest dresses based on my preferences and price range. Instead, she took me to every room and made me go through the racks looking at every dress. Although I told her I wanted more guidance from her more than once, she did not change the approach.

Despite this, I finally settled on a dress that I found on a mannequin. When I tried the dress on, the sample size fit me like a glove. When I was ordering, I asked what size they suggested I order. We were debating whether I should order up a size or stay with the sample size, and they said they thought the sample would be fine. They did not tell me that the sample dresses stretch from people constantly trying them on, something that I did not know because I (like many brides) am new to shopping for wedding dresses.

When my dress came in and I tried it on month's later, it was very very tight and I had not gained weight. At that point, I was told by other bridal consultants that the samples stretch. They told me to wear it around the house to help stretch it out, which has been working. Still, worrying about fitting into your dress is a nightmare I was hoping to avoid, and I feel that if this store's employees were more knowledgeable, this wouldn't have happened.

So it's worth it to go here if you do your research beforehand and know what you're getting into, but proceed with caution. They may just publish your measurements online if you critique their customer service...not very...

Called ahead to see if dress was available, the staff was very helpful! The appointments did not feel rushed was able to try on as many dresses as necessary.

This was such a fun experience. It's hard to NOT find a dress here because there are so many to choose from! I tell everyone I know that this is where they need to go for their wedding dress!

Lows was wonderful in helping me get the dress of my dreams. I had fallen in love with a dress that I couldn't find in the state of Arkansas as no store carried this designer. After some phone calls and emails, Lows accepted my dress from the designer so I could try it on. It was my dream dress, and Lows made sure I was able to get it. I also ordered my bridesmaid dresses from them. They were perfect and even came in earlier than expected. My entire experience with Lows was wonderful.

I loved the dress selection here. I had went to at least four different bridal shops. They made my looking for a dress so much easier. When I got there I didn't know that children weren't allowed in the back. So they gave my kids paper and marker as the sat in the front as I looked around. They don't know how that really made my day. The staff was very friendly and made me feel at home. All I can say is Thank you guys (Ladies)

Low's did great on helping me select a dress. I told them the style I wanted and she helped me pick my perfect dress. It was actually the 2nd one I tried on! I tried a few more but she pinned the 2nd one up for me and I loved it! Thanks Lows

My daughter found her dress in just an hour! She told the girl that helped us, Tiffany, was she was looking for and Tiffany found dresses exactly like she wanted. When that didn't work, she found THE one! She kept us in our price range and found the perfect dress!

I cannot say enough great things about this bridal shop! Paulette was my consultant & she was an angel! The store has tons & tons of options! Paulette was so patient & sweet! (She worked with us for 3 hours). I purchased my dress, (& took it home that day!) veil & my matron of honor's dress from them. Everything was perfect! I highly recommend this store & especially Paulette!

My trip to Low's was everything I could have imagined. The staff was so nice. Most importantly, they were patient and did everything they could to prevent picking out a wedding gown overwhelming. I had to order my dress and wait on it to come in for about 4 months; they made sure to keep in touch and keep me posted on when my dress would be on my door step. The staff at Low's made the hour and a half drive well worth it!

I got engaged only five months before my wedding so I needed a dress fast. My sister got her dress from here when she got married six years before and the experience was even better than when I went with her. The associate was able to help me find the dress I wanted and take it home that day. It was my dream dress and it was cost effective. They are very reasonable and are open to listen to your ideas. She was great at helping me pick out accessories too.

They were very helpful with picking out the perfect dress for me! They have a huge store full of beautiful gowns. There were not two dresses alike. My consultants name was Jordan. I definitely recommend her.

I found a beautiful dress here. They were very helpful but not too overbearing. They let my family and I pick out dresses that we knew were the style we wanted instead of just guessing. Ended up finding a dress for a VERY good price and got a discount since I ordered it off the rack. They had to ship it to Colorado since I live there (from Arkansas originally) and it was there in less than a week.

I purchased my wedding gown and veil from Low's (as did my sister a few years before me). We were both very pleased with the service at Low's. My consultant was so sweet and really worked well with me. She could tell after I tried a few sale dresses that they weren't going to work! They also work good to stay within the budget you give them. She wasn't showing me gowns way out of my budget which was nice.

I have very mixed emotions when writing this review - the best way I know to explain is to break it down by what I was purchasing.

Bridesmaids dresses - Lows was wonderful! I live in Oklahoma so my girls couldn't come in to be fitted but each one simply filled out the form and I called it in. Simple enough. If we had questions on anything Cathy, my bridesmaids dress rep, was more than helpful! The dresses came in two weeks earlier than they had estimated and they were beautiful! I had shopped around quite a bit and Lows had the lowest price by far!

Wedding dress - The final, correct product was beautiful beyond words and fit like a glove! I didn't need a single alteration! The problem was that it took a few tries to get it right and therefore made for some very big timing problems. I ordered the dress in champagne, it came in peach. They called and ask if that was ok, I said no so they sent it back. I did eventually get the correct dress but it was wayyyyyyyyy behind schedule. My wedding dress consultant, Goldie, was a little more aggressive than I would have liked. I narrowed down the choices to two dresses and I originally picked a large ballgown style dress, my mother and I went to lunch and I wasn't just crazy excited so we went back to Lows and asked to try on both dresses one more time. Goldie refused to let me and told me I didn't need to confuse myself, that 9 times out of 10 your first decision is the right decision. While I am sure she is usually right this was not the case this time. We decided to have her hold off on placing the order. My mom and I came back (a 5 hour drive in one direction) a week later and I didn't even waste my time trying on the ballgown, the more form fitting dress was definitely more my style! I was very pleased with the final product but I felt that my dress purchasing experience was made much more difficult, stressful and much less enjoyable since I wasn't able to just go try the dresses on again and then that it came in not even close to the correct color. Therefore, I have very mixed emotions in my review. I can say confidently that you won't find a store with a bigger selection and variety of prices! They had sooooo many dresses!

I purchased my wedding dress from Low's. The staff was professional and friendly, allowing me plenty of time to choose the perfect gown. I had no problems with any steps of the process and was very happy with the quality of my gown!

I purchased my dress at Lows, but only because I got a good price. I was really disappointed with their service. My consultant rushed me and really wasn't showing me the types of dresses or styles I was asking for. When you have such a limited amount of time, you want to see the dresses you ask for, rather than other "filler" dresses while she's chatting with other people. After I bought the dress I called about care instructions for the dress and the consultant was rude and unhelpful. My suggestion--find your dress elsewhere and just buy it here if the price is better because they aren't useful with finding a dress (or at least Nancy isn't).

This is every girl's dream wedding dress shop! The staff were very friendly and my personal consultant, Ms. Regina, was an angel! She was very attentive, honest, and helped me to pick the dress of my dreams! She was so sweet. Words can't express how grateful I am to her for how helpful and friendly she was to my family and I! :)

Huge selection, GREAT prices and you get the dress so quickly!!

This place was HEAVEN on earth!!! As soon as you walk in, there are 100s of dresses to look at on display. No need to look through the plastic bag!! They were overwhelming friendly and really help you make the right decision toward the dress that fits you!!! I can't wait until I have a daughter someday just so I can take her to Low's to buy her wedding dress!!! =)

I must say that Lows has a HUGE selection of dresses! They had many couture designers as well. The only drawback is the did not have the specific dress I was looking for at the time. I ended up choosing something else, and I have had so many compliments on how beautiful and original it was! I would for sure try Lows when looking for a dress. I drove 4 hours, but it is was well worth it!

I got a beautiful dress, and they had a wide selection (at least in sizes 2-6, if not above 16), but the experience itself was fairly wretched. I am an apparel designer, but when I mentioned getting a dress hemmed to tea length, the uninformed and rude sales associate said that I couldn't hem it because it would unravel. This is the same woman who told me that she didn't know where Northwest Arkansas was when I asked for a referral to a seamstress in the area. I loved the dress I got, but if I had been able to go elsewhere for the kind of dress I wanted, I would have.

I was so excited to find my perfect dress at Low's. The day I bought my dress was perfect - the consultant I worked with was wonderful. However, after I purchased my dress I was given an expected arrival date. The day came and went, and I still had not heard from Low's. We called the store 3 weeks in a row only to be told that the dress was scheduled to arrive the next week. With my wedding only 4 weeks away, we finally got them to agree to letting me take the floor sample because my dress could not be assured to arrive in time. When we were at the store to pick up the floor sample, we were treated very rudely. We paid for a new dress, and were given nothing for walking out the door with a floor sample. Just make sure that you communicate clearly what you want and find out when your dress will be in!!

I really enjoyed my experience there. I found a dress that fit without alterations needed for a great price. It was well worth the 2 hour drive.

I went into Low's not knowing a thing about the style of dress I wanted. I got everything and more I wanted out of Low's they were wonderful with working with me. I hope they are still in business so I can take my children there one day. My sister bought her dress and a hair piece from there for her wedding and I was able to wear the hair piece in my wedding as well.

I loved that this store had a full room of dresses just in my size range and price. And by full room I mean likely over 200+ dresses and not in the pencil thing section. We worked with a single consultant (appointment required). And after trying on over 20 dresses I found the perfect one. The consultant stayed with me even after my time slot was over. She did what she could to find me a dress and make the sale.

My only complaint was scheduling of my appointment. We went during their sale and when the appointment was made, even though they asked what my size range would be, they scheduled two women in the same size range with only one dressing room. The first 1/2 of my appointment I had to use one of the smaller dress selection rooms.

Over all I loved my dress and received many complements. And thought it was worth the drive.

I found a beautiful dress only to find out that I was unable to order it. I had to buy the one off the floor. Unfortunately, the dresses are being made in China now and the quality of the dress was poor. It has chain link stitches which unravelled everywhere. I spent a couple of weeks hand stitching the dress back together. The missing beads were not a problem to replace but when I told the bridal store about the dress, they said they could not give me anymore discounts on the dress. They did however send $50 to me to compensate for having to repair the dress myself. Also, the dress length was too long and even after I had someone alter it for me, I was still stepping all over the front and crushed all the bead work. BUY EARLIER THAN 4 MONTHS BEFORE THE WEDDING!!!!

I selected my dress approximately 3 months before my wedding date. If I had known of Low's policy beforehand, I would have selected a dress much earlier. Low's has many beautiful dresses, but the newer styles, which are on all the mannequins when you walk in must be ordered months in advance. You can't even try on a floor sample unless you have the time to pre-order. Not to mention the five dollar fee just to have the privilege of a sales associate. I was taken to an upstairs room with "sale" dresses. Many seemed to be on sale because of their nonstandard color or out of style look, not to mention the frustration of sizing with some of those dresses. I ended up selecting a dress downstairs that was not on sale after much frustration and disappointment. The dress shopping experience I had envisioned at Low's was not to be a reality. My sales associate, although nice, was not very helpful and had no opinion. Perhaps they are trained this way? I was expecting a professional who could lead me into something based on the style of my wedding, my personality and figure, etc. I did find a beautiful dress there though, but now that I think of it, it was quite expensive for just one night and a few hours. There veils are also outrageously priced. I found similar online and in other stores for less than half the minimum $300 they were asking.

There so busy you only get an hour to shop, so the best thing is to have a vision of what your wanting, like pictures. You can even call ahead and see if they have particular dress in stock. Great with measurements, ordering, and setting you up for alterations.

Low's did a wonderful job with my gown and with my bridesmaid's dresses. The attendant was patient and helpful to me during my visit and the dresses were beautiful upon arrival.

My experience at Lows was AMAZING. Not only do they have BEAUTIFUL dresses from WONDERFUL designers, they give you wonderful one-on-one attention the second you walk in the door. My assistant was wonderful, flattering, and gracious. My dress was PERFECT ad it arrived from Japan in half the expected time. It was a WONDERFUL price. It was the very first dress I tried on. I loved Lows.

I had a wonderful time at Lows. The beautiful mansion just adds to the atmosphere. I was taken to a room with all the gowns in my size range and approximate budget. I worked one on one with a sales person, who was very patient while I tried on dozens of dresses. Finally, the one she suggested I try was the one! I guess they know what they are doing. The price cannot be beat either. I had my dress shipped out of state with no issues either.

I had a blast at Low's, where I found and purchased my dress. I went during their summer sale period, and though it was busy, my consultant and the rest of the staff were super helpful and attentive. Would do it all over again in a second!

The experience of Lowes Bridal annual sale was well worth the four hour drive we made. The staff was friendly and very helpful. My daughter walked away with the dress of her dreams at an affordable price.

We traveled 3 hours to Low's and it was well worth the trip. Their selection is the best I have seen anywhere. The sales lady was very helpful and pulled unique dresses that I loved, including one that I wouldn't have thought to pick myself (but that ended up being the one I bought). If you catch one of the two semi-annual sales, there are some unbelievable bargains on perfectly good dresses.

After a bit of searching, we found the right dress for the right price.I also appreciated that the store was so well kept and orderly. Sometimes bridal stores can feel a little cramped! Also, all the display dresses were in great shape.He was nice, polite and well dressed, didn't gab too much on the microphone and followed the schedule to a T- until I needed to change it, and then, he just went with the flow. He played ALL my must have songs, DIDN'T play anything on the do not play list and kept the party going until the bitter end!

The designer is top notch and the dress was beyond my dreams. I could not believe how stunning everything looked. I placed the order and very soon I had everything delivered to me.My parents helped out each of my bridesmaids by paying for a portion of their dress and they were so thankful - a great idea for anyone choosing a more expensive gown.

I purchased my wedding gown from lows. I drove from Memphis and am active duty military, so I came alone since my family was in California. I was hoping for a wonderful, relaxing experience....instead I was digging through racks of dresses for hours. I finally found the dress, but felt rushed to make a decision. The price was right though!

The service I received was excellent! I know there are some bad attitudes there but the lady I had was fantastic. I am a plus girl and needed that perfect dress. (one that didn't have sleeves, yuck!) She pick my dress and it fit perfectly, so I recommend at least taking the short trip and checking them out. My dress was made by Bonny.

I got my dress here. I LOVE it! The sales clerk was very helpful, and I loved the old quaint-style atmosphere the place exudes. My only draw back is I felt a little rushed at one point. We communicated our concern, however, and the sales clerk seemed to be less rushing. It was a really good experience overall.

The only positive thing I have to say about Lows is that my dress was priced below retail. After researching several other stores I found that Lows had the best prices. Other than that, I only have complaints.

The staff was never friendly. In fact, we felt like we were burdening them each time we visited the store or called them on the phone. It would be in the best interest of Lows to do some serious work on their customer service skills. As someone who has held several customer service positions, I was shocked at how unwelcoming they were at Lows.

I placed an order for my dress in October of 2008. I am from Arkansas, but I go to school in TN. I flew to Arkansas for the single purpose of visiting Lows. When I received a call from Lows in the second week of January 09 informing me that my dress was in, I immediately scheduled another flight home to pick it up.

In February, 6 weeks after being notified my dress was in, I flew home and drove to Lows to pick it up. When I up the dress on in the store, it would not even zip up. My consultant, Amanda, came in to check on me. She looked at the tag and discovered that the dress was a size smaller than what I had ordered. Whether Lows placed the order wrong, or the manufacturer filled the order wrong, I am not sure. What i am sure of is that Lows had my dress in their store for 6 weeks and did not managed to check that my order had been filled correctly. I left the store that day with no wedding dress, and with very little apologies from staff.

I had to schedule another flight home when my dress finally arrived in the correct size. Once again, upon arriving at Lows, no one apologized for their mistakes. I even called ahead of time to request compensation for my troubles. Seeing as how I had to fly home two different times to pick up my dress because they failed to do their job, I didn't think this would be too much to ask. The woman I spoke to said that she would talk to someone about my problem and get back to me. Their way of dealing with my complaint: avoiding it. They never called back to address their mistakes.

Oh, they also forgot to order my bridesmaid dresses. Lucky for them, when I called to see if they had been order, they still had time to place the order without needing to rush them.

Lows has been around for years. I don't understand why so many mistakes are still being made.

Low's was amazing. My mother and I lived 4 hours from the store so we made a fun trip out of it.
We spent the night in Memphis, TN and drove the remaining hour to Arkansas the next morning. My appt wasn't until 1:30 in the afternoon so we found an incredibly cute cafe nearby. One of those cafes where the waitress knows everyone's names! After a delicious lunch and coffee we poked around in a bunch of antique stores around town.

The store itself is quite impressive. There is definitely something for everyone! My only problem was the there were too many I loved!!! In the end, two hours later, the lady helped me narrow it down to two completely different dresses and the decision was made!! I loved that every girl had their own personal helper. It made everything so much more smooth and personal.

I would go back there in a heart beat!

My husband asked me to marry him on January 8th. I realized Low's was having their semi-annual bridal sale at the end of January. So, I called and booked an appointment. Within one day's trip, I had the gown in my possession. Although it was beautiful, they fail to help you keep in mind the cost of alterations when trying the various gowns on. I know they are there to sell gowns. But, brides on a budget be very aware. Even though the gown was half price, I still spent $700. Then the veil was $280. That was way over the total of $500 I wanted to spend on the complete gown and accessories. I figured I could do that due to others advertising the $99 sales.

Anyway, yes Low's offers beautiful gowns. But, don't expect awesome customer service or any empathy should you have any issues or concerns if you purchase the half price gowns. I was informed within a day that the gown I purchased was going to have to basically remade during alteration in order to have it off the ground for the reception. I called to explain. Low's advised me again about the no refund, all sales are final policy. They referred me to another alterations person who, in deed, was able to alter the gown for an additional $250. I guess my dissatisfaction comes from the fact that no one told me about the potential for expensive alterations and then they stood behind the no exchange/refund policy with a very stern and haughty attitude.

I had never been married before and was completely ignorant of how the bridal busines worked. I figured the least they could do was show a little grace and let me possibly exchange the gown. Just please keep in mind that all sales are final regardless of what bridal vendor you choose. If you go into it knowing that information, your experience will be much better.

Wedding dress find: the only thing that was successful and great about the experience

Bridesmaid Dresses: she wouldn't double check the color swatch name - I had to go find it and sure enough, we almost ordered the wrong color: I would have had neon green/yellow dresses if I left my trust in her. luckily I fixed the problem before it happened.

Maid of honor dress: I faxed in the order, they confirmed that day they received it. 2 months before the wedding I called to check on its status, and they denied ever receiving the order. They wanted to charge me a rush charge to get it order (even though it was their fault), and after the manager avoided me for a few days, she finally told me I should take my business elsewhere. Basically they don't like to own up to their faults and have week sales consultants. The selection is great though. I would try this as a last resort because you might find the dress, but you'll pay for it in service.

We went to Low's Bridal to get my wedding dress. I tried on dresses for over 2 hours and I was quite picky. But, the service was great and they wanted you to get the perfect dress, so they were willing to let you try on dress after dress, and then help you find more and try those on too. They had several different price ranges to look through and they were all so beautiful. Not to mention they are in an old warehouse and have a HUGE selection. We finally found my dress and ordered it that day. It came probably about 3 months later because I got a Pronovias dress, which came from Spain. It was beautiful and I couldn't have been any more happy with my results! I LOVED my dress. And the people at Low's could not have been more helpful. I would definitely recommend going to look at Low's for your wedding dress!!

Great customer service! Had everything I wanted and needed! If you told them the kind of dress you were looking for, they would find it in your budget!

Low's has a HUGE selection of bridal gowns. Low's is located in Brinkley, Arkansas. I went to this vendor the first day of the annual sale (December 26). Dresses are categorized according to price. My dress (which was not a sale dress) was originally $475, but during the annual sale, I received an additional $50 off. I was able to purchase the dress for $425. The veil costs $125.

The only drawback is that appointments usually only last an hour. After your hour is up, you have to leave. During the sale weeks, appointments last an hour and a half. It took me most of this time to find my dress.

Also, if you purchase bridesmaids dresses at this vendor, you will receive $20 off per bridesmaid dress (if they are the same style).

My consultant was Katy, and she was absolutely wonderful! She was helpful but not overbearing like Davids Bridal consultants can be. I found my dream dress thanks to Katy and Lows Bridal!

Katie was the woman that helped me and she was very helpful. She got everything organized for me and helped me with every dress. She was sweet and when we went over our time limit she continued to help me and even saw me for a second appointment! Everything arrived on time and looked perfect! The prices are unbeatable on top of it all!

I was very satisfied. My dress was gorgeous. Came in plenty of time for the wedding. I went on a weekday, and my consultant was able and willing to spend more than an hour with me trying on a variety of dresses. I deffinatly recommend going on a week day, unless you know EXACTLY what you want you will need as much time as you can get.

Low's did a great job helping me pick out my Bridal dress. The had a huge selection to cover almost all price ranges. My bridesmaids dress also came from low's and since i bought my dress there each bridesmaid received a $20 discount on there dress. The only problem i had with this vendor was that they shipped me the wrong dress size. However i did not notice it until 2 months before the wedding (the dress laced up so it fit anyway). I did have to do some alterations around the bust but other than that everything turned out fantastic!

Low's Bridal was excellent! My Bridal Consultant was very friendly and professional. I found my dream gown. She made sure that all the gowns she showed me were in my price range as well as my style. It was a fabulous experience!

Low's is a beautiful place to find a wedding dress. You don't feel like you are going shopping, rather you feel like you are at an event. I would recommend going to Low's - even if you have to travel from out of town.

I wouldn't go anywhere else but Lows Bridal to get my wedding and bridesmaids dresses. You get your own personal assistant to help you find the dress of your dreams. Miss Goldie is the best!!!

Eat a fortifying breakfast, ladies - you are going to drown in dresses at Low's. You'll never find as broad a selection as this store and no matter what special circumstances you need to accommodate, you're going to find The Dress here.

I found my wedding dress, veil and bridesmaids dresses within an hour with the help of Amanda, who was very pleasant, friendly and knowledgeable.

Just be sure to allow yourself plenty of time to secure an appointment - this is a popular shop.

I was worried I wouldn't find a dress since I waited until the last minute because I had just had a baby. First I checked out David's Bridal, but I didn't like the quality of the material on the dresses. Luckily, Low's had the perfect dress for me (they carry all sizes)!! I was able to buy the dress off the rack and take it home that day!

I would recommend Low's to anyone looking for high quality material and who isn't on a very tight budget. My dress was probably on the cheaper side and we spend over $800 on it.

Its definitely worth the drive!

Low's is an incredible boutique- one of the largest in the south! About two hours west of Memphis off I-40, this is an easy trip for the AR, TN, MS, MO, KY bride and is well worth it! I paid $500 total for my gown, slip and veil during their Semi-annual sale and got the style I've been dreaming of since I was a little girl! A MUST!

My dress was breathtaking

My dress was beautiful. This place has so many dresses and all different sizes. They really treat you like a princess! The personal staff was great! If it not out of your way, this is a great place. Remember to go when they have their sales (twice a year) and it will save you alot of money.

This place is a treat and well worth the drive. They treat you like a princess! Everyone gets their own salesperson to help you. I tried on numerous dresses until I found the perfect one for me. They also carried multiple sizes. Hint: Go during the sales event to get a better deal!

Lows is a giant three storied house full of wedding gowns. Unlike other bargain places, here you get to make an appointment and have a personal consultant for 2 hours. I tried on 12 dresses, picked the veil and tiara, and paid for my dress (the 12th one, of course) in about 1 hour and 45 minutes. My experience was fantastic, and my best friend just got her dress there after an equally good experience (only 8 dresses and 1 hour 30 minutes, or so).

Goldie was amazing as my helper. She pulled a dress I never would've thought to try and it was perfect for my body and i loved it. When i took my dress to the cleaners they took the jewel that started my train off so the dress wouldn't get snagged. The cleaners lost the jewel 1 week before the wedding. I called Low's to see if they had an extra, but they didn't. They called New York and had one overnighted to me. They truly went above and beyond to make my day perfect.

An appointment must be made and it is only for about an hour at a time. They frown if you just show up. They are a bit expensive but carry brands that other bridal stores dont. Absolutely no refunds after a dress has been ordered.

I ended up with a beautiful gown. This place has an unbelievable selection of gowns and what they don't have they can get. I don't remember the lady's name who helped me but she was perfect - not pushy - but right there with input. It was very easy to get the appointment. We also were able to get my bridesmaids their gown's there too!

The person who helped me out was awesome. Just be upfront with them if you have a small budget and they will work with you.

Low's has many beautiful dresses, including wedding dresses, bridesmaid dresses and flowergirl dresses. We spent the day there, choosing all of the above. The prices were very reasonable, and the salesperson assigned to you devotes her full attention on you.

Goldie is the best! She was very patient with me and helped me try on over 20 dresses! She wasn't pushy at all. Well worth the drive for the huge variety!

My experience with Low's was wonderful. They kindly welcomed my mother, grandmother, aunt, and myself-- it was great that they allowed me to bring a supportive group to help with the decision! Goldie was phenomenal and lead me to the perfect dress. The value was incredible. I can't say anymore than it was truly perfect. A year later, I still love my dress and know that we did the right thing in driving to Low's. We made the trip from Memphis and it was more than worth it. We looked at several (10) boutiques in Memphis, but did not find nearly the selection, value and service than what we experienced at Low's. Their bridesmaid's dresses were beautiful too! I HIGHLY recommend Low's!

I LOVED working with Low's Bridal. Our salesperson was patient, professional, and positive. She encouraged me to try on dresses of all types, and to be adventurous. I found my dress the day of my appointment and was so pleased with the whole experience. I love the layout of the store and how special I felt while I was there. Their selection is unbelievably huge! I HIGHLY recommend Low's Bridal!

Not a good place to go unless you have more than six months to plan. (You can buy off the rack at a discount, but then you get a dress that has been worn many times.) Ask for Goldie... she was the best! We have been back to Low's since then to plan for my sister's wedding and she should have asked for Goldie. She was very helpful and knew her job inside and out. She found a headpiece that matched, which made it much easier for me.

The shop is one of the largest in the South, and truly can be a one stop shopping experience. This bridal boutique provides thousands of dresses from which to choose including veils, tiaras, gloves, shoes, hosiery, headpieces, garters, and so on. Bridesmaids, flowergirls, and mother of the bride attire is also available.
The shop does not offer alteration services, but there is an extensive list of providers over a number of states.
The shop's ambience is incredible!!! So lovely. The "bridal consultants" really make you feel special, and they give you one on one attention with your own dressing room, so there is no waiting. They go by appointment only so they can provide this very special attention that you DEFINITELY need!
Try them out~ they have two big sales in January and one in July. You won't be disappointed!

I bought my dress, veil, and wedding cake topper from Low's. My sales consultant was Goldie. She was amazing! She was very honest and patient when I was trying on dresses. She recommended a veil to go with my dress. I did not buy it the day I bought my dress, but she remembered (or made a note about it), and I bought it when I went to pick up my dress. I got a great price on my dress, even thought I did not go during one of their big semi-annual sales. I found the same dress at a bridal shop in Memphis for more than double the price. The people at Low's were so friendly! I recommend them to all of my friends that are getting married!

Ms. Goldie is the best!!! She really took care of me! She was so patient and nice and honest!!! I really appreciate all that she and the entire staff at Low's did to help me pick out my dream dress, tiara and veil. She really knew her stuff. I got a great deal on my dress. They recommended a great seamstress in Memphis for my alterations. I recommend Ms. Goldie and Low's to EVERY bride!!!

When you call to make your appointment reserve it with Goldie! She is amazing and wonderful! She worked with me, didn't push me to buy the dress she thought was the best, she listened to what I wanted! I have had several friends who have gone to her now too and we are all Goldie fans!

I also bought my cake toppers from them! Their wedding accessories are very beautiful too!

Well long story short they ordered me the dress I wanted cheaper than I could find it anywhere else. The details: pretty helpful on day I was there (I think I worked with Ruth, or something like that); however, very unhelpful after that. I had a short engagement, only 5 months, so it was difficult to get a dress in that quickly with time to get it altered and still have time to take bridal portraits. So, I paid the extra money to "rush" the order, which in the end only got my dress there about 10 days before it would have arrived without the additional fee. Didn't have time to take portraits but the dress was great anyway.

Going to this bridal shop was the best experience that I had while preparing for my wedding. You are assigned a salesperson, and they are so nice to you the entire time. They listen to everything you want, and do not criticize at all. They are very informing and caring. They make an exciting time in your life even more fun and memorable. It is worth driving long distances to go to. It is in an old hotel, and the entire building is beautiful.

Christie tirelessly brought me dress after dress until I found the one I wanted. She also helped me pick out my tiara and shoes. She stayed with us until we were completely through with everything, including the payment process.

I LOVED this place! Everything is so organized and the lady that helped me was wonderful! I found the PERFECT dress there, and couldn't be happier with the service I received!

This store is way overpriced. If you go there, keep in mind that you can bargain with them. We got my dress much cheaper than the listed price. I regret buying my veil there. It cost over 100 dollars. My alterations lady told me any seamstress could make one like it for about 3 dollars. All it is is toille. The sales people are annoying and follow you aroudn everywhere, they won't let you take pictures. The sales people are like old grandmas...

I really didn't have a contact person. You just set up an appointment and they give you a sales attendent when you get there. Tell them about how much you'd like to spend and they take you to the appropriate floor of the store. We got my dress for a very reasonable price!!! They have SOOOO many to choose from. The place is HUGE! The one down side is that you can't take pictures until you have decided to buy that particular dress. Oh well.

I really enjoyed the expierience of getting my dress here. It was very professional. However.. Low's is very pricey! Plus I purchased my dress in September and it did not arrive until January- which was cutting it close! Also, have to book very far in advance to get into this place!

Great Selection and wonderful service

They have beautiful gowns,. and a HUGe selection--but they put too many brides with one person at a time--and you only have one hour--end of story--and it is about an hour from anything in a tiny town in arkansas--so if you werent done during your appointment, you have to make another appointment and drive another hour and a half in three weeks--so you constantly feel very rushed--which stinks when trying to find what to wear on one of the most important days of your life--but the prices and selection are unbeatable in the memphis area

Goldie was great to work with!

They were extremely helpful. I found my dress in 30 minutes. Also, we got all of my bridesmaid's and flowergirl's dress there. In all, we were there about 2 hours. I realized after I got home that there was a pink mark on my dress. I called Low's and they told me exactly how to get it out. You could not tell that there was ever a mark on it.

Low's is in a gorgeous old hotel, with TONS of dresses in every size. I got a consultant of my own who was extremely patient and let me try on dress after dress. My dress came in as order and I was very pleased. My sole regret is that I didn't check out other sources for the dress, as I could have saved a little bit more; but not enough to really matter in the long run.

Great place to purchase a dress.... worth the travel if you are not from the area. Sizes and dresses for all shapes and sizes!

They have a great selection of dresses. They also have a great sale the day after Christmas each year... you will save tons of money on the perfect dress!
