"i decided to choose this place for a nail spa party for me and my 4 bridesmaids the day before my wedding. i thought this would be a great gift for them - a spa day! after all, i had been there once and i loved the ambiance of this place. my nails were ok that time. it seemed upscale, clean and very chic and i read on their website that i could host a private party and i could bring my own food and champagne and even a movie while we got pampered. i was looking very forward to surprising my bridesmaids with this mani-pedi party.on the day before my wedding, i brought in cheese and crackers, fruit salad and mimosas for my party and surprised them. the staff was courteous in getting us the equipment we needed to watch our movie and getting us a bucketful of ice and champagne glasses and so forth. however, this supposedly happy event went DOWNHILL when we (or should i say I) got my mani and pedi. little did i know that i would have the worst french manicure of my life! i wasn't paying attention to what the manicurist was doing and when she said she was finished, I took a double take of what she did. WTF?! have you ever seen a crooked french manicure before?! well thats what i got. she was horrible! and this is for a $20 manicure too. i've gotten some better looking $8 manicures before. i mean you don't do this to a woman before her wedding day. i expected my nails to be perfect, or close to perfect. after complaining to the management, they reassigned someone else to re-do my nails. still, i was VERY frustrated with my experience here. i think i was the only one that had such a bad experience out of all the girls and i was the bride! anyways, the management apologized to me and offered me a 20% discount for the inconvenience. still, that's not enough redemption for me. it would of been better if they just offered my mani on the house. but anyways, NEVER AGAIN will i step foot into this place."

I went here for my friend's bachelorette party and it was fun! They have this lounge area in the back that can accommodate about 9 people at a time. They say they can do up to 30 ppl and up to 3 hours.
The MOHs were able to bring in flowers, champagne, cider, cupcakes, fruit and favors to hand out to us while we got our manis/pedis. They were also able to bring in a CD to play the bride's favorite music and a DVD to watch the bride's favorite movie on their large LCD TV.
They used brand new files, buffers, and pumice. They even packed it up for us so we can take it home for later use. They offer the following brands of polish - OPI, Essie and even Channel!
They have a 5 day no chip policy so you can go back and repair any chips. (I wasn't able to take advantage of this because I live in the south bay and it wasn't worth the drive back).
According to their website, they include 20% gratuity and a $35/person min. They also charge for no shows so it's always a bad thing if you have flaky friends.
