Be cautious ! They are very nice at first. I believe there is good in them, but just don't hire them for something as important as your wedding. We hire them to take pictures at our wedding, I liked most of the pictures, but the pictures that I ordered I got them around 7 or 8 months later. Well it took me two months to see the pictures of the wedding. They always have excuses, they ask you to pay first, so they can start working on it, I placed an order I never received, they stop replying to emails. They have no shame about taking money from people, I would understand if something went wrong and they cannot fulfill your order and return your money, but they treat you like you are no body. Horrible customer service. I thought we were the only not happy customers, and I am sure they have some happy ones. I think if you can't or don't want to spend a lot on their services you are out of luck and you get in their black list. But just be careful, when my husband sent an email not too happy for haven't received the order, the photographer replied with something that translated into I have the memories of your wedding in my hands, how you dare to complain I can destroy it. He said something like "after I send you a check I will purge everything from your wedding, we always do this to make more space". They never returned the money back. Just note you can't make checks payable to Luz del Sol, well not back them I don't know now.

One word - Terrible! They are the only thing from my wedding that I wish I could have changed. All of our pre-meetings went well and I felt like we were all on the same page. The day of the wedding was a completely different story: Broken mic that cut out during speeches, moving flashy light display when they were told no moving lights, old and outdated music, talking obnoxiously over the songs...I could go on and on. Basically, you get what you pay for. I would have rather had an ipod plugged in, at least I know what I'm getting.

Cricket and Sheri provided excellent service. They had a good feel for the type of music to play and also provided great communication to ensure events stayed on schedule. They were very professional and organized and went above and beyond their call of duty. They also can provide uplighting which really set a mood to the reception venue. I would definitely recommend them to my closest friends.
