I loved my limo driver! He was on time, dressed perfectly and was completely professional. He had a smile on his face the entire time, and was an added positive, supportive reinforcement on the most important day of my life. Driving into Boston in the perfectly presented Rolls Royce, he went with the flow, and our last minute request to stop by the charles and take some photos. He got out and even helped us carry items (Veil, Flowers, Champagne) Great employee representation of what I am sure must be a great company! Highly recommend!

We used Lynette's Limousine Service for our wedding and they were AMAZING! They were very easy to work with and arrived at the house for pickup early! They even waited for us in between church and venue while we took lots of pictures in Boston! The chauffeur was very helpful and friendly! He even helped us out at the church – he was fixing my dress the whole time …he was simply FANTASTIC!!!
This company is wonderful and I would highly recommend Lynette's Limousine...

They were friendly and most importantly on time! They arrived early and met with us, and Harrison, our driver even assisted fixing with my dress so I could walk down the aisle! They also picked us up at the end of the night, and came early and introduced him self to us & congratulated us on our wedding day, and had complimentary champagne for us in the car!

We used Lynette's for wedding day transportation, & for our 3am ride to the airport for our honeymoon! Both cars were clean, on time, and both drivers were super nice! For the wedding transportation they even rolled out a red carpet for me and gave our entire limo (stretch excursion) a champagne toast for the ride! To top it off, the prices were easily the best we could find. Thank you Lynette's!

We used lynettes for our wedding, and I used them for my bachelorette party . They were on time, very courteous, and a great deal compared to other places we looked at!

I used lynettes for my wedding shuttles and I loved them. They were VERY accommodating what what I needed. They were on-time, professional and everything we could have asked for!

I used Lynette's for my June 19, 2010 wedding. I got the 10 passenger white strech with tuxedo top and the 1932 Oldsmobile Princess. They arrived early and were very nice and professional. The only thing I was dissapointed with was their website. The website has a picture of the oldsmobile princess painted purple, which I really wanted. But after talking with someone I found out it was newly painted white. So they just need to update their website because I was really looking for a purple car. But the inside was still purpleish so I still went with it because its a really beautiful car. So overall they were really great and if I ever needed a limo again I would definately go to Lynettes!

Lynette's has a wonderful variety of vehicles! We used the Oldsmobile Princess which was an absolute beauty, and 2 tuxedo style limos. The drivers were polite and had plenty of umbrellas to help escort everyone out to their destinations! They were professional, easy to get in touch with, and offered the best prices around!!
GUEST

the limos were new, clean and on time. The drivers were prepared, friendly and accomodating.

We got the 20 passenger Limo bus, 10 passenger stretch and 6 passenger stretch. Everyone kept telling me how awesome the Limo Bus was to be in and the stretch limos were so elegant. There prices are awesome. I highly recommend them over any other Limousine service in the Ma area.

We had an amazing experience with Lynette's! They provided a beautiful limo, a wonderful driver and red carpet service. The driver was a little early, but he made it clear that he knew that he was early and he was ready to wait for us until we were ready to leave! He helped me in carrying the back of my train up the stairs to the church when we arrived. He talked to our wedding coordinator at the church and let us know when it was ready for the girls to go in and then me! I can't get over how amazing he was and how he made sure everything was perfect! And the customer service was great too. I had to change pick-up locations and they were happy to do that for me. IT was just an all around great experience!!

We had a great experience with Lynette's Limo. We loved John, our driver. He was fantastic!! Held up my train while I waited to go down the aisle, had the usual champagne and red carpet, totally on board for several picture stops and changes in plans, en route. Very good experience with the booking and contract process, too.

Our driver was great (unfortunately I don't remember his name). Many of our guests were staying at the same hotel and taking a shuttle and our driver was very helpful in making sure the shuttle was gone before I made my way down to the limo. He made 2 trips, one for the guys and one for the girls, and got us all there with plenty of time to spare.

Our driver showed up on time and the limousine was clean and ready. We paid them the average rate and they provide excellent help for the evening.

They where consistent with our schedule.Limousine was clean and our driver was very punctual.I am definitely booking a limousine at Lynette's in the future.

Lynette's limo was the cheapest service I found.. I had 4 limos and the drivers were very friendly. It rained on my wedding day and they provided umbrellas and helped me keep my mind off of the rain!

Lynette's was a good value and were excellent on the day of our wedding. They arrived early to the hotel to pick up the bridal party. We were married on the Saturday of Hurricane Irene and it was essentially a monsoon outside when I was getting into the limo. Marco, our driver, kept everybody dry and sacrificed his own comfort to ensure that the bridal party made it to the wedding without a hitch. Overall, a positive experience.
Would definitely recommend Lynette's.

They did a fine job. did not require much contact. They just want their money up front. then the guy shows the day of.
I will say... They upgrated me to the Hummer.... because the A/C died in the Escalade(that I was supposed to have).
they didnt ask me/ or tell me about it... until the guy pulled up. I didnt care though.. we were just pimped out for the wedding :)

We had a great experience with Lynette's Limo service. First off, the limo shuttle definitely gave us more "bang for our buck" for the pure fact that it was a shuttle. It was about 1/2 the price of other limo services and was much more spacious. They were right on time for the pickup and drop off, provided champagne and had a friendly driver. I would highly recommend!

Lynette's provided reliable, on-time limo service on the day of the wedding. I have no complaints. With that said, they could be a bit more responsive prior to the event (I had to keep calling to get a person on the phone because my voicemails were not answered).

The limo was on time, clean and the driver was very friendly.

I have very mixed feelings about Lynette's. I used them for three different cars for my wedding - a limo for my bachelorette (organized by my sister), a town car to bring the grandmothers to the ceremony and the 8 seater Excalibur for the wedding party.
The bachelorette limo went off without a hitch - it was comfortable, on time and the driver was entertaining.
The town car was also lovely - arrived on time, in good condition, with a kind and amiable driver.
The Excalibur, however, was a very different story. Though my wedding was July 30th (which turned out to be quite a hot day, naturally), no one at Lynette's thought it would a good idea to advise my husband and I that the Excalibur does not have AC. This is also not listed anywhere on their website. When we got into the vehicle, the driver seemed annoyed when we asked him about it and simply said rather gruffly "there's no AC" as if we should have known that. Only two of the windows worked and the sun roof was rusted shut. The bridal party was sweltering, concerned our make-up was going to melt off and trying to keep our hair from being blown undone by the wind from the windows that provided the only relief from the heat. I understand that it's an old car, but it should be disclosed before the fact that it has basically not been restored at all. To make matters worse, once the car picked up the groomsmen, the front bumper fell off on the way to ceremony! The driver grudgingly pulled over and reattached the bumper with a bungee cord, all well the poor guys sat sweating to death in tuxes in a ridiculously hot car. I could have largely ignored the AC part - we really ordered the car for how it looks - but now in all the pictures with the car after the ceremony, you can clearly see a lopsided bumper that is bungee-ed on!! And the driver didn't seem to care at all. I was extremely disappointed, especially given how much we paid for this particular car. Shockingly, as of yet, no one from Lynette's has attempted to contact us to offer kind of reimbursement.
Given all this, I would be hesitant to recommend Lynette's to anyone as their drivers and cars both seem to be very hit or miss!!!

The prices were average. The limo's were above average. Although the drivers were very sociable and easy-going, they had no idea where they were going. It was clear they had not done a dry run or asked for directions from me prior to the wedding date. My bride had to direct them to the location. Then, they took the longest route possible to get to the reception. They did get there, but we missed half of our cocktail hour because of it. If they had known where they were going and took a more direct route to the reception, I would have scored these people much higher.

The reason I don't have a contact for Lynette's is that I spoke to a different person every time! After visiting their facility and talking with their staff, I was a little bit nervous about spending the money, but they had the most beautiful purple antique car, and I couldn't imagine anything else. So I took a deep breath and paid in full.
Fast forward to the day of the wedding. Ceremony is 3:30, contract time says 3:00 pickup. (church is only 10 minutes away but I wanted a couple of quick pictures first). 2:45, Dad is already anxious. I tell him not to worry, they'll be here. 3:00 I start looking out the window and Dad is starting to perspire. 3:05 I get a little worried. Dad is taking his medication. 3:15 I call the contact number... and get no answer! At 3:20 I get some kind of cell phone voice mail system! Eeeek! The limo shows up at 3:25. I'm about to get into my mom's station wagon in my 25 pound dress! Apparently, the driver got lost (ummm, not sure where... if you miss the turn, you hit a dead end...). I understand that it was probably his first time in the area (Lynette's is in Wilmington, pickup was in Ipswich), but he had my home phone, my cell phone, and my MOH's cell phone. No call. He offered to let us ride around for an extra 20 minutes. Yeah, that would be fine, if I didn't have my wedding reception to go to! The rest of the day was pretty much smooth sailing, but it was definitely a bumpy start to my day! I can't believe I was 10 minutes late for my own wedding ceremony!

we rented the large limo bus(35 people) to get the wedding party to the reception . limo showed up on time but the ac didn't work(Big issue when it's 90 out) every one was drenched. When we got picked up the driver told us that the condenser was gone and only the ac in the back worked(Not enough to cool the bus off) and by the way "Don't use the toilet because it hasn't been cleaned all weekend" now on top of the heat, people in back had to hold flowers on their nose to get away from the urine smell. Talked to the driver and he could have cared less. Stay away from these people!

They supposedly sent us a contract in the mail. We never received it so we had to go to their office to sign the contract. That wasn't a huge deal as the women in the office were very nice. However, on the day of the wedding our driver was late picking us up. Then she had an attitude on top of that. She also did not know how to get to the church so we had to give her directions.

Our limo driver was very nice, however the limo bus smelled like puke!! The AC didn't work and I was late for my wedding!! It didn't go mire than 35 mph on the highway!! Do not use them!!

The day of my daughters wedding.......we had rented a royals the driver showed up in a 1932 oldsmobile princess which would not be effiecent for my daughter and her father......with no notice.......the driver who was unfortunately put into the messeger spot told my husband he would not be comfortable in that vechile which in turn either would the groom.....making my daughter turn to tears 1/2 hour before her ceremony we needed to come up with an alternative transporation.......we demanded a limousine to come which they sent oviously not ready for patrons but had run out of options at this point..
after the wedding we tried to speak with the owner who was not only very unprofessional but very rude and needs anger management to run his buisness.......We ended up with no reconcillation to this problem which in the buisness i am in you do everything you can for customer service hope he never needs me.........that being said I would never recommend this company for a special event as a wedding the most important day of your childs life............very very sad customer and bride

Vendor response to review
Phil, As I mentioned, we always are open to feedback, which includes from time to time, the negative feedback. Although you have the right to express you opinion on these review forums, you also carry the responsibility to inform the readers of these forums the accurate account of the issue you encountered. As you mentioned, on your wedding day, the vehicle you had chosen for you event had a issue about 20 minutes from the scheduled pickup time. While the vehicle was being prepped and inspected by management which happened to be me at the time, I noticed the brake pressure in the vehicle was not adequate. Keep in mind, this vehicle is well over 40 years of age. I continued to investigate the issue, and discovered a leaky brake accumulator. Now on a modern day vehicle, parts would in most cases be readily available, but being an antique 40+ year old Rolls Royce, the part needed was not something the everyday auto parts store carries, including Rolls Royce themselves. I would like the readers to understand, we do everything in our power to accommodate our customers needs and wishes, but being in the transportation industry, these minor hiccups do and always will exist. Now, we did not just send a normal limousine, we initially sent our 1932 Oldsmobile Princess in it's place but was turned away do to the brides father not being able to fit in the vehicle do to his size (although the rolls royce only added 2.6 inches more room). At that point, I had 1 10 Passenger Limousine available, which was approved by the brides father. When the brides father (whom i have been friendly with for almost 6 years) came in to meet with me a few days later to discuss the issue, I obviously stressed our apologies and explained to him the situation. I explained that the Rolls did a prom the evening before, and had no issues, and on the day of the wedding the issue emerged. Our discussion ended with a hand shake, apologies from both parties (father of bride and myself), and a hug (keep in mind we have known each other). I offered free transportation for the Bride and Groom to be picked up by us at the airport when they returned from there honeymoon. Now, I never like to hide behind a contract, but in this situation there is a reason why companies like ourselves complete contracts with there customers. Our contract completely explains clearly that "we reserve the right to substitute your vehicle with one of equal of greater value". I did so, by sending another antique of ours that was valued at almost $175 more than what was paid for for the Rolls Royce. Again, we are deeply sorry that you felt we did anything wrong. I truly feel that both you and your fiances safety was more priority to us then you not getting the Rolls. Believe, if all was ok at the time with the vehicle, you would have received the vehicle. It was unfortunate situation that was both unforeseen and unavoidable. If anyone would like further explanation please feel free to contact me directly.

Awful service, we did not get what we paid for. No champagne in the limos, which was supposed to be included in the package we paid for. The air conditioning in the towncar was broken. The cars driving the bridal party to the church followed a ridiculous route that made absolutely no sense and a 20 minute ride took over an hour, pushing the rest of the day's schedule back. Manager was rude when we called to complain.
Awful start to the wedding day and terrible service.
