Macy's, not known for their customer service, but in the men's suits department at the downtown San Francisco flagship store there you will find great service from Mr. Joe Fong. Instead of buying separate gifts for the groomsmen, my fiance and I decided to purchase suits for all the guys. We wanted quality without breaking the bank so with all the specials and coupons Macy's keep on sending us, we were able to find a great quality three button, 2 piece suit for about $185 each. Our sales person, Mr. Joe Fong has been with the company for decades and he prides himself in providing great service.
