Madison Avenue Bridal

The place seemed a little unorganized. I tried on several dresses and they recorded them all for me but when I called back to finalize my decision they couldn't find my card. I described to them who I was, when I came in, and the dresses I had picked and they remembered me and the dresses I chose. They eventually found my card and we did purchase the dress from there and got a great deal! Their dresses are very affordable in comparison to the dress shops right next door (who made me feel like I was less than because I wasn't spending a million dollars on my dress...but that's another review!). My dress was beautiful and and fit perfectly! I'm so glad I went to Madison Avenue Bridal :)

The girls at Madison Ave were wonderful! It was one of the first places we went, and then we went back to get the dress my mom and I fell in love with. The price was amazing for how beautiful the dress was - $866. The prices in the whole store were very reasonable, and we still got a bridal boutique experience and a gorgeous dress. When I had fleeting dress regret, the girls let me bring my sister in and try the sample on again. When I ordered my veil (at the last minute!) we weren't sure if it would come in in time for my hair trial, and they offered to let me borrow the sample. Luckily it came in just in time! I also worked with the in-house seamstress, Jacque Meyer, and made a lot of changes to the dress (sweetheart neckline, corset back and A-line skirt to mermaid), and she was great. These changes nixed my dress regret, by the way.

The only thing I deducted one little point for was the time it took to get the dress back when it was ordered. I was planning from out of town, and there was one visit when I was hoping to see the dress, but it wasn't in yet. The owner talked to me personally about the delay and explained it. We did have plenty of time to make the alterations, as she promised. I was just anxious to see my dress!

Madison Avenue Bridal is a bride’s dream! What bride does not want a one of a kind, custom wedding dress? The quality and flexibly with the staff is amazing! I actually lost a significant amount of weight from being measured for my dress to it coming in. Nonetheless, the dress was way too big. They were able to get me in the correct dress, made alterations, and I was smashing just two days before my day! That’s service! No stress here! I recommend MAB to those in the area.

The girls at this shop were not only helpful but they were fun and complimentary! My dress was simple and inexpensive and I loved it!!!!

I really loved my dress, and the price couldn't be beat. It was $500, which is a David's Bridal price, but so much more unique and with great fabrics. My dress looked great and I had tons of compliments. It did take longer than expected for the dress to come in, but the staff was very helpful overall and it did come in in plenty of time!

I had picked out my dress online at www.romanticgowns.com and went to Madison Avenue Bridal to check out the quality of dresses for myself. I was very impressed with the gowns and ended up ordering my gown from the shop instead of from the website directly. The staff were great and the shop was very fun. My only complaint about the entire process was that my dress took 5 months to come in, when I was quoted 3 months. I didn't receive my dress until 3 weeks before my wedding, which was very stressful. That said, Kim was very understanding of my need to call her every week for a status update and even called me a couple of times to give me updates when she had them. I would definitely recommend them.

I LOVED Madison ave bridal! Oni was super nice and very helpful. I didn't have a single problem and Oni found me excectly was I wanted. The price of the dresses are very reasonble a lot cheaper than any other place. They custom made my dress just for me and I loved it! The whole wedding revolved around my dress and it was a true jaw dropper! Everyone was very shocked. Go to Madison Ave Bridal before going anywhere else!

They were wonderful! Very honest, supportive and ready and able to assist in any way. Ani is the owner and she made me feel like I was putting my dress and bridesmaids attire in very good hands. She and her staff are willing to do whatever they can and every time I walked in the door, they knew me by name. They value their clients and make them feel special. I knew the first time I walked in that I was going to be treated like a person and given the service I needed for one of the most special days of my life. They honestly put the other bridal shops that have been around for a long time to shame. They are very flexible with the dresses and anything could be customized. And the prices! Outstanding! I got everything I wore for right around the same price I would've paid for the same dress at another bridal store that has the long experienced reputation.

I got my dress and vail here. They are a bit pricey but they have all of the designer gowns and the service is really five star. They took care of everything from ordering to altering. They were very nice at all my fittings.

Ani is fantastic!!! The Dresses are Beautiful!!! I have recommend several of my customers to Madison Avenue and they are so pleased with the variety of dresses. The styles and of course the fabu prices. I wish she was around when I was looking for a dress.
