One of the ladies helping me, put a veil on me and added some earrings to help me decide on which dress I was going to pick. Once I decided on that dress I went back into the dressing room to change. I told her that I loved the veil and earrings and would probbaly come back to buy them later. She honeslty harassed me in the dressing room about buying the veil and earrings! She kept trying to force me to get them by saying she would put them on the credit card but would not charge the credit card until I picked up my dress and I continued to tell her no and of course she continued to try and trick me into getting them. Not to mention that the alterations done on my dress are COMPLETELY uneven. Not just a little uneven. A LOT uneven. I did not gain any weight at all but my dress is way too tight to wear. I'm just really upset all of these things have gone wrong. It's just a big mess that I have to stress about getting fixed.

When i was picking out my wedding dress i was having a hard time, before going to town & co i had been to about 3 or 4 other bridal shops in our city. The thing that i loved about Madison Town and Co was their willingness to help. The worked with me, they were understanding they gave suggestions. They were just wonderful. I had an idea in my head of wha ti wanted my dress to look like but when i was trying dresses on it wasn't working out so much so one of the girls that worked there actually helped me find the right dress for me. I fell in love with that dress at first sight. Because of their professionalism my husband and i decided to get the wedding party attire from their shop and i'm glad we did.

I bought my wife's wedding dress here and it was a nightmare. The measurements were not done correctly and her dress was way off in the bust area. She also had a halter strap and it was put on crooked. The owner of the shop told her there was nothing they could do when she picked up her dress two days before the wedding after alterations were done and they were very rude. They didn't even call the seamstress to see if anything could be done. My mom had to fix it as best as she could about an hour before the wedding. We filed a complaint through better business asking for an apology and the owner absolutly would not apologize for her behavior. We're about to take them to small claims to get back a portion of the dress cost. I paid almost $900 for this dress and this is the way we're treated. STAY AWAY! They have the absolute worst service I've ever come across. It is absolutly terrible beyond words. I'm having to take them to court jut to get an apology. Unbelievable!

I went in to look at some different dresses, but the one I wanted to try on, they didn't have in my size. That was a downside. I was kind of confused about if you could order a dress and not be charged. However, I did try on the dresses in my size and found THE dress on my first day there! It just fit perfectly and my mom and I knew it was THE one when I tried it on! We were given a room to try on dresses and it was just fun. It is a little cramped since it's in an old house, but I think they were expanding when I went to pick up my dress for my wedding.

The ladies at Madison Town and Country were very easy to work with. Initial alterations are free, but if you are like me and switch slips-- you have to pay $100 for the second hem. They had a great selection and excellent customer service.

Being a bridesmaid several times, I know the horrors that can happen with the dress shop - charging for alterations, ordering the wrong sizes, etc. Madison Town & Country was a pleasure to work with both as a bride, as well as for all of my bridesmaids. I was very pleased and would recommend them to anyone. And most importantly, they have the most gorgeous dresses by Maggie Sottero!

Madison Town & Country is where my wedding dress was purchased and we rented all the tuxedos. Town & Country spent several meetings with me to pick the perfect dress. Without a doubt the dress that I purchased was perfect. Town & Country also altered the dress several times to get the length perfect. The dress was a perfect fit except for the length. The ladies at Town & Country were a pleasure to work with and I really appreciate all their help. We rented all the tuxedos from Town & Country which fit great and were delivered on time without any issues. I highly recommend if you are looking for a special place to shop for wedding attire that you go to Town & Country.

I am extremely satified with this vendor! These ladies are very professional and did a fantastic job helping me find the perfect dress and accessories for my special day. They did inhouse altering and had it pressed and ready for my bridal portraits and then again for the wedding day. They kept the dress for me up until I needed it every time. They have a nice selection of wedding dresses as well as bridesmaid and mother-of-the-bride dresses. You can also go through them to have your gown preserved after the big day.

They worked with me and my BM's. One of the older ladies got snobby with us but she soon warmed up.

I loved this place! I found my dream Jasmine Couture dress here and they treated my like a real princess. Everytime I came by to try it on they told me how beautiful I was. Everything was perfect from the purchase to the alterations. They were also very nice to my bridal party as well. Great place. I also received a $200 coupon to have my dress preserved!
