How did wedding planner make your day special? Samantha was extremely busy on the day of our wedding, yet she still found time to drop off a beautiful, personalized basket of champagne, adorable glasses and muffins at the salon for myself and my bridesmaids to enjoy while we got beautified! Samantha also sent me a wonderful little surprise about three weeks before my wedding that made me smile and get even more excited about the big day.
Useful suggestions, tips, wisdom your planner offered? She had many fabulous ideas to help us execute our dream and do it within a reasonable budget. We didn't even ask her for ideas and she went ABOVE AND BEYOND to research vendors, check prices, go check out vendors. Without even being asked, Samantha found vendors for us in the following areas: -Hors d'oerves -Salon -Beverages -Alcohol -Canoe (we needed that for our drinks) -Bartenders -Much more! Samantha verified that the vendors would be reliable and up to our standards and they were!
How the planner reduced your inner-Bridezilla? When I was getting overwhelmed, Samantha jumped in with ideas and solutions and had very calming ideas and sentiments. She was on top of her game and did a good job connecting with me.
Value of a wedding planner? Huge! You simply must have someone on the big day who can stay on top of details because the bride and groom are swamped, the wedding party has enough to do and the parents want to enjoy the big day. Having someone to coordinate all the moving pieces (and all that can go wrong!) is huge. Samantha is organized, driven and a very hard worker.
