Maher's Florist

Maher's florist did an amazing job! I met with Kim and was instantly impressed! I did not really have any idea what kind of flowers I wanted and Kim really helped me out. She even suggested some flowers that could help me save money. I had a matron of honor that was pregnant and due right before the wedding date and Maher’s florist was very flexible with changes to the order. Kim personally delivered the flowers (on her birthday even!) and made sure that everything was to my satisfaction. They even made the ceremony bouquets to double as centerpieces like we asked them to. The flowers were very fresh…so fresh that the bridesmaids’ bouquets were still beautiful when we returned from our honeymoon! I was overly satisfied with the service from Maher’s florist and would definitely recommend them to anyone!

When going for my consultation, I took a picture of my bouquet with me so I would get exactly what I wanted. When my bouquet and my maid of honor's bouquet arrived on my wedding day, it was exactly what I had envisioned except the flowers were already dying. By the time we got to the church, the flowers were wilting, and almost looked brownish (My wedding was in September so it was not due to the heat). My husbands and best mans boutonni�res were completely dead for the ceremony, they actually had to use Scotch tape to hold the flowers up so they didnt look dead for the ceremony and pictures.

The corsages that I had ordered for my grandmothers and my mother were the smallest corsages I have ever seen. I thought for $25.00 each they would at least be somewhat full, but no they looked like a corsage for a five year old. Iwould have gladly payed more for a fuller corsage but it was never offered to me. I guess I shouldnt assume that a corsage would be standard sized, but if they are multiple sizes offered, then it needs to be conveyed to the brides. It is pretty sad when my readers(which I made their corsages) had much larger and much more beautiful corsages than my mom and grandmoms.

Overall, the staff at Maher's was very friendly and responded to my needs, however the quality of the flowers was very dissapointing and I would not recommend them to other bride's...Sorry :(

I brought pictures and explained my vision, budget, and expectations. I was told that my vendor Celebrations relies on them when centerpieces turn out disasterous for their clients. She actually is a very reliable florist. I do have champagne tastes and I'm very modern.

No major issues with the flowers on day of. They were fresh and on time. She delivered what I asked her to. However, I was hoping that the centerpeices and the archway would be a tad more "lush" with flowers. My afterthought from looking at my pictures were that I should have asked for Peonies to be incorporated. I like everything big and with a bang! I would have paid another 1,000 to make the flowers more elaborate but too late now. I guess I pictured in my mind a bit more lush, garden like, and elegance. I did get it but on a smaller scale. It was way to windy so the aisle runner that I paid $50 for never got used. Oh well, I guess that happens. I can't control the weather and it's definitely not the fault of the florist.

My bouquet was very pretty. The bridesmaid bouquets, boutineers, and flower girl bouquets were very nice and sweet. Just know that I was imagining, higher quality bigger flowers in the bouquets. I like quality products and I'm soooo glad that I specified that I wanted "real" fabric rather than cheap plastic easter like ribbon for my pew flowers and archway. She used really nice ribbon for my archway decor and my pew/aisle florals.

You get what you pay for and I would say Kim is reliable and professional. Overall, I was satisfied with the outcome of her services. I can't really complain. My mother in law and everyone else thought the centerpieces and everything else was absolutely lovely.

I would recommend Mahers. Looking back, I should have been more specific with my vision. All in all, it was pretty and I had a wonderful wedding.

My bridesmades bouquets, groom and groomsman bouteniers, and mothers and grandmothers corsages came out lovely.

But the bridal bouquet was disastrous! I ordered 10 medium-sized burgundy calla lillies, one that's supposed to be cradled, accented with ferns, and off-white tulle that was supposed to hang 2-3 feet. What I got: 5 SMALL purple calla lillies that were less than a foot long, hand-held, not cradled, with no tulle at all. My bridesmades boutquets were literally longer than my bouquet. The woman said burgundy lillies had to be special ordered and take two weeks to come in so I was stuck with them. They didn't even offer a discount for their mistake.

The complimentary bouquet that was supposed to be thrown at the reception was literally two lillies wrapped in ribbon.

Beautiful flowers, excellent customer service. Everything went so smoothly on the day of our wedding - The flowers were all there when I arrived and I never even knew they were there. The planning process was great too - I don't know much about flowers, I just kinda had an idea of colors and they were so helpful in helping us put together the look of the wedding.

Kim and everyone at Maher's Florist were fabulous! Our flower arrangements were absolutely stunning and they creativity is amazing. We were able to get all the different kinds of flowers we wanted for a great price. Kim was so great in making changes several times to the order before the actual day. She was very patient with my chaotic nature towards the end. They always responded in an extremely timely fashion and on the day of everything was set on up and ready to go just as planned. I really couldn't have asked for a better arrangement.

The flowers looked beautiful. She was on time to both places. she put aside lots of time to go over all of my ideas for flowers She was one of the cheaper places in the area And quality was excellent. I would recommend them for all occasions.

Everything was wonderful. It couldnt have been more perfect!
