Main Street did an absolutely fabulous job of both my rehearsal dinner and wedding reception. For the rehearsal dinner, Main Street transformed my parents' home into a beautiful, romantic atmosphere, paying attention not only to the food but to the lighting and decorations, to make sure everything was perfect. Even though we were over an hour late arriving (because the rehearsal ran long), they were able to care for our other guests who arrived early, and timed the main meal just perfectly when we did arrive. The following day, they catered our wedding reception, which took place in the barn on my family's farm, and they were able to overcome all the challenges that arose from being in an unusual location with no food service facilities available. One of our guests still tells us it was the best food she's ever had at a wedding! They have an absolutely exquisite talent!

Do you provide staff? Yes, we are full service, so we set everything up for you, service during the event and tear it all down!
How do I design my reception layout? You and I will work together to devise the best senario for your reception location. I have years of experience and will help you design a floorplan that will flow for you and your guests.
What about alcohol? We want to have a signature drink too! We provide the bartender for your reception and you bring the alcohol, its that simple! This also saves you money!
How much will my entire reception cost? I need to show my parents the bottom line! I will send you an estimate that spells it all out, line by line.
What is the time frame for booking a caterer ~ event designer? I say as soon as you can, that's the logical answer. Most couples decide on their venue first which often dictates who the other vendors will or can be. So, for instance, if you definitely want us to cater your reception and help you with other details, make a call to us first or look on our web site for optional venue locations.
Is there "one" most important vendor? Well, let me first tell you this, I think your photographer is at the top of my list of importance. I tell my couples that this is the person you will spend the most time with on your day, and you need to like this person a lot! Not love them, just a whole lot of like and respect for their work. But, with that said, all vendors are important. Without each the flowers, the vibrancy will be gone, without the music, there will be no dancing, and without the food, well ... that is just sad! :) Let me know if you have any other questions!
