Make It Fit, Inc.

I had really high hopes for Make It Fit but sadly, they didn’t deliver as well as I’d hoped. Their website touted they can do overnight/quick repairs. My cousin and I came in to have my wedding dress and her maid of honor dress altered a week and a half before the wedding (yes, I should have given myself more time…). Nonetheless, when we came in they assured us that the dresses would be ready within 4 days (Monday). We came in Monday and they were not ready. They asked us to come back in on Wednesday; nope. Dresses weren’t ready; had to go and pick up dresses on Friday; day before the wedding.
One star because Jennifer and the other man helping us were very nice, One star because pricing was reasonable (120 to bring my dress in at the top and attach a bustle, 80 to bring my cousin’s dress down a size), One star because they were open late.
