She showed up at my mom’s house bright and early, and went right to work. Leading up the wedding she was very easy to get in touch with. I did airbrushed makeup, it was flawless, stayed all day. The rest of my makeup was very natural, just like I wanted. She also did my mom and mother in law’s makeup, which stayed all day, and they both looked great. Denise is a total sweetheart.

Denise was very professional and offered great suggestions for which makeup would best compliment my skin tone and hair color. We met for a trial and after one look in the mirror I knew she was the one who could make me look my best for the wedding day!

Just days before my wedding, I had an eyebrow waxing mishap - the wax had burnt my skin. I was so concerned that no amount of makeup could cover the red and raw area beneath my eyebrows, but Denise reassured me that she would get the job done and insisted I not worry! She did just that! My eyebrow issue went unnoticed and my makeup was flawless. My mother and all of my bridesmaids looked gorgeous and were all overwhelmed with how awesome their makeup looked and held up in the heat!

Make up was one of the most important things to me on my wedding day - Will I look like me? Will it show up in photographs? Will my mascara run when I cry ? I never had to worry about any of these when I met Denise. I first had a phone consultation and asked a million questions about her experience, products, and services. I was especially interested in air-brush make up. Denise literally answered all my questions with professionalism and I planned my trial that moment. My mom and I had our trial a few months later and we looked beautiful! Denise asked about the wedding theme, used photos of my gown, observed my personality, and then asked us what we were looking for. She offered advice and patiently tried different things until we were 100% confident in our appearance. You felt her passion. She definatly takes pride in her work. She matched our skin tone, enhanced our eye / lip colors, applied glamour eyelashes and I LOVED IT! Without hesitation, we booked her immediately- not only for the Bride but for the moms, sisters and the entire bridal party ! The day of my wedding Denise and her staff arrived on time, with smiles and well equipped for any bride! I had all confidence that she would create the face of a beautiful bride- a classic masterpiece, and that she did. I was more that satisfied with my appearance. I felt like a million bucks! A movie star! I would recommend her services in a heartbeat ,and, in addition, Im waiting for the next event that I can have her apply my make-up.

Between October 2008 and December 2009, there are three weddings in my family. My sisters and I all hired Denise and absolutely love her. Every member in each of the bridal parties for the two weddings that have already taken place was thrilled with their makeup. We can't wait to see her again for the wedding in December. Denise listened carefully to each of our personal skin traits and makeup preferences. She stopped multiple times during the application so that we could see the progress and she'd make any changes that we'd like. Denise is talented, personable, thoughtful and professional. Denise was so wonderful to work with. Not only did she do a great job with the makeup on me and the three other girls, but she was so friendly. We all loved spending the morning with her. She's very convenient since she travels to you and her prices were great too. Denise was one of my favorite vendors.

Denise was absolutely brilliant! She made me look exactly how I hoped to look and was a pleasure to work with! She was able to understand precisely what I wanted and accommodated my wishes perfectly! I was looking last minute for a makeup artist for my wedding and my mom came across Denise's website. We were both impressed by the beautiful pictures on the website and it seemed to be exactly what i wanted - natural looking. After speaking with Denise through email she was able to immediately book a trial date for me and she was able to accomodate me for my wedding day, which was a relief as I was looking only a month before my big day! My trial went wonderful! Her studio was very clean and comfortable. Denise is so personable and friendly! Through all of my sneezing and coughing she completed my trial and I looked beautiful! I had my bridal shower that day and after seeing the amazing job Denise did, my mom and sister decided that they would have her do their makeup as well.

Denise was wonderful and everyone's makeup looked so good. I was very particular about who I hired because of the extremely different shades of my bridesmaids but she make everyone look amazing. The makeup she used was high quality and my sister who is allergic to everything was fine wearing the makeup all day. I would recommend Denise to anyone.

Denise was the makeup artist for my wedding on November 16th. She did full makeup (airbrush and traditional) for 6 girls in a 3 hour period, and each person looked amazing. Denise played up the best features of each girl - while everyone looked beautiful, everyone looked distinct, which was exactly what I wanted! I can honestly say that I've never looked better in my life, and the airbrush makeup lasted all day and night. Denise was an absolute pleasure to work with - someone you'd be friends with! - and I was so pleased with the results.

I booked Denise for my wedding and she is wonderful! Her makeup application technique is amazing. Denise offers both airbrush and traditional makeup application. She leaves you looking beautiful but not heavily made up. The makeup isn't cakey and lasts all day long. I had her do lashes and no one could tell they weren't my own! Her pricing is also very reasonable. I would highly recommend Denise to any bride looking for a makeup artist in the NJ area.

Denise was FANTASTIC. I had 9 bridesmaids, and 3 mothers/grandmothers getting make-up done and we were all finished in record time. Everyone was so happy with their make-up, it stayed on all day! Both my sisters are using Denise for their upcoming weddings this year, I'm so glad she will be doing my make-up again.

Denise was great work with. I first found her company on the internet when I was searching for someone in South Jersey who did airbrushing makeup. I emailed Denise and she quickly emailed me back with the pricing and answers to any questions I had. I then went to her house for my trial makeup where she took time to understand how I normally wear my makeup and how I wanted it for the big day! She did an excellent job. The other great thing about airbrushing since my wedding was in the summer and I had a strapless wedding gown and unfortunately had some tan lines she airbrushed them away within minutes! No one could even tell! It was great. She confirmed all appointments with me and was so helpful with everything.

My mom also got her makeup done by Denise and looked beautiful. Since my mom has really light hair and eyelashes she gave my mom semi-permanent eyelashes to make her eyes stand out. I cannot say enough good things about Denise. She's very intuitive and listens and understands what you want for the wedding day. When I have another event come I'll definitely contact Makeup by Denise.
