Although I can't speak for the receptionists, the hotel is a disaster, the rooms are over priced and old fashion, there wasn't a coffee pot in the coffee maker, had to borrow one from the front desk. The first night went smoothly, but the second night, there was no hot water in the whole place. Although, I understand things break, there was no on call manager or on call plumber. It took the poor receptionist 2 hours to finally get a hold of someone. Then to top it off there was only a 30% discount. This all happened the the evening after the wedding. I could wash the make-up or hairspray out of my hair or the tar that I had on my feet from the beach. I don't hold the receptionists.

I had originally had a good feeling about this place. About 25 of our guests had flown in from NY and were staying here for three days for our wedding. I had made out of town boxes and talked to several people at the inn about giving them to the guests when they arrived. I spent a lot of time on these boxes, and each had something unique for each person inside. I mentioned something to my dad about them just as we were about to check out the day after the wedding, and he said he knew nothing about an out of town box. I talked to the woman at the front desk who said that they must have "forgotten" to give them out to the guests, and sadly, the majority of the guests had already left to catch a plane back home. I was so upset that all the time and effort (not to mention serious cash) that I put into them was all a waste. The woman at the desk was genuinely apologetic and gave me the direct line of the manager, who never once returned my calls.
