Used them for a event & when I went to order my flowers, we discussed one thing. When they were picked up I wasn't available & saw they were NOT what I ordered & ugly. I called & wanted a refund or them to be re-done & they kept me on hold. Wouldn't allow me to speak to a manger. & finally re-did my flowers after 1hr of back & forth convo. It's awful. Over priced company & wouldn't recommend for a special event.

April 21st, 2012 wedding - very happy with the quality and service of Mancuso's Florist. I have dealt with viviano's florist in the past and the quality of the flowers was sketchy half the time, but Mancuso's every time I use them have beautiful flowers and they are always willing to help if I don't know what i want....not only would i reccomend them, but I would specifically not reccomend anyone else for flowers ever. Best florist I've used in my life.

I went to mancuso's less than 2 weeks before my wedding, I ordered 3 corsages, and my bouquet and they had NO problem completing my order quickly. I didnt even make an appointment (although I recommend you should make an appt if you are not sure of the specific details you are looking for). They were fast, informative, and delivered a gorgeous bouquet ON TIME!! I will use Mancuso's for ANY floral need in my future, I love them!

The first time we met with Mancuso's we were extremely pleased with the service we received. Unfortunately, that standard did not remain throughtout the planning process. In the end, I was extremely disappointed with Mancuso's Florist on my wedding day. Despite checking items on our contract over at a final meeting, they still failed to do what was stated. Some flower pieces were not assembled, nor were materials provided to assemble the arrangement, leaving my mother and husband scrambling before the ceremony to try to find a way to piece everything together. Wrist corsages were provided without a wristlet/elastic band or even a pin to pin on the corsage. The ceremony arrangement was not the style discussed, nor was it in the type of container discussed. My bouquet was wrapped in the completely wrong color, despite the color clearly being stated on our contract. Our tall eiffel vases only had about 2 inches of water in the bottom, when they were supposed to be completely filled, leaving the centerpieces looking slightly awkward and unfinished.
On a more positive note, the bouquets and boutineers were beautiful and lasted throughout the day and then some. The flowers in the centerpieces were very nice as well.
The problems we had with the flowers did not ruin our day by any means, but the fact is, we did not receive what was discussed and written.
Jennifer Mancuso was fantastic. She helped me figure out all of our flowers and decor. I loved working with her and I am so happy with the results. Our guests complimented us on our flowers as they were a perfect blend of fall colors that accented our colors perfectly.

Though they were a little expensive, the people at Mancusos did a BEAUTIFUL job preparing the flowers for my day. Not only did they sit down with me on a number of occasions to make sure I was ok with everything, they also offered to set things up at the reception site to make my day a little easier.
I loved the flowers for my bouquet. The colors were nice and vivid. They smelled really nice and the aroma was breath- taking.. They were very fresh and lasted a very long time.
