Marcellos

I had my bridal shower in the patio room. It was a nice space and they let my mom and in-laws come in early to decorate. We had family style meals and there was more than enough food left over. They have a parking lot which was very important to my suburban guests.
We were charged a fee for having under a certain number of people (maybe it was 40) but the room we were in didn't hold that number of people. Seemed like a catch to get more money.

Marcellos is a lovely restaurant in Lincoln Park, a community within Chicago's near north side, which also has some lovely banquet rooms. We decided to use their banquet rooms for our post-wedding brunch and it was perfect! The rooms are decorated in a classic Tuscan decor and brightly lit with ample windows. The food was outstanding and the caterers even created a special, vegan dish for our vegan guests! Lots of parking helped all of our suburban guests have a low stress, city experience and the staff was attentive and friendly!

This venue will only accomodate like 150 people max, but I cannot imagine a better place. We had only 90 people and it was perfect! Everything was exactly as we had requested.
