Marciles Bridal

I have been into david's bridal, and I hated it! I was on a budget wedding and told Marciels this from the start. They didn't try to sell me a dress for $2,000. They helped me find a beautiful gown in my price range. They were very helpful and I was SO happy with my dress and accessories.

They ordered the wrong sized dress for me. They then said that could fix it. They also blamed me for their mistake and said I should have known better. Excuse me but isn't that why I'm paying the 'experts' all of this money? I didn't need the extra hassles at that time in my life. The end of the story is that I had to pay for a dress that didn't fit and I never could wear. I now know why you have to pay them first. Save yourself the headache and use someone else first!

We needed our bridesmaid dresses in a very short amount of time. We had to pay extra, but they were able to get them in time. My girls tried on a lot of dresses. I wasn't sure what look we were really going for because my girls were VERY different sizes. A couple of the sales associates seemed a little bothered by us, but it all ended well. My mother-in-law did alterations, so we didn't have to go through the store for that (or pay!).

I was very happy with my dress. The only complaint is that the bridesmaids needed their dresses hemed and they charged $10.00 a layer. One of the layers was netting and I thought they shouldn't have to pay for that since they just cut it. Otherwise everything was great.
