Mare's Cake & Candy

Mare's was one of the easiest vendors with whom I worked. Their tasting is a whole 6" round cake! My husband and I took it to a dinner party and it easily fed 12 people. The cake is very high quality and the decorating is top notch. They do not do fondant covered cakes, which is something to consider if you have your heart set on that look. We personally do not like the taste of fondant so had no interest in having it on our cake. Regardless of no fondant, Mare has been in business a long time and her icing is so smooth it looks like fondant. Price is excellent and they build in "extra" cuts so that even if the reception hall cuts really big slices, no guest is going home without having cake. Excellent vendor.
