Marina City Club

100% recommend! go talk to Candace, and she will work with you! This place is like a little hidden gem. it is NOT your typical square hotel ballroom with no windows. this place is gorgeous, classy and sophisticated! and surprisingly affordable! They can cook anything, not just boring dry chicken. We did Mexican food and it was absolutely fabulous. People were talking about it for weeks afterwards! so worth every penny!

The Ceremony out by the pool was amazing. It was a beautiful venue for an outside wedding.
The food at the reception was spectacular. Chef Jesus out did himself with the food, and Gabe and David did a great job at the bar.
Candace the Banquet manager was so easy to work with and the staff were great. Never had any issues with any of the personnel.
I highly recommend brides and grooms look at this venue for both Ceremony and/or Reception.

I can't say enough about the Venue or about Miki and her staff. When my fiance and I walked into the venue to "just check it out" we immediately fell in love with the place and once we met Miki, we both knew there is no other place we wanted to hold our reception. The venue itself is GORGEOUS! With huge windows overlooking Marina Del Rey, you could imagine how the place looks when the sun is setting. With a nice large reception area as well as our "Party" area we couldn't have asked for anything more romantic and fun. Miki is beyond super awesome and the staff were all extremely polite and helpful. Miki was able to help us stay within our budget but at the same time we never felt as if "something" was missing, with Miki's help it seemed as if everything we needed was provided for. I can't say enough about the Venue or Miki. Not only do I recommend holding your event here, but I can't understand WHY you would do it anywhere else. I give this place 15 stars out of 5!!!!

The moment we walked inside MCC-we were head over heels! It's so beautiful! MCC has the drama factor of the "reveal" reception area from bar and lounge. Plus, it had the practical elements of two private entertaining rooms- one serve for us to take a moment with some bubbly! The other served for entertaining our smaller guests-Miki made it as a movie experience-we played Disney movies... kids loved it, not to mention their parents!

Everyone at MCC were out of this world fantastic! We did not stress or freak out! It was so effortless-no drama. The drinks were so dangerously tasty and OMG the food! The Chef so talented, the food was oh so delicious!

Miki, the mastermind of MCC, is more than wonderful! She took care of us. We love Miki! Our celebration cannot have gone any better. Miki you rock!

I had my dream wedding at the Marina City Club. Miki the restaurant manager and event coordinator is kind, honest and flexible. There is so many pros to getting married at the Marina City Club. First and foremost, the venue is terrific, you have a view of the marina, and an intimate setting as the entire restaurant floor is at your disposal. I was stunned when I first went to see the restaurant with my fiance and mom, I couldn't believe that I could actually afford to have my wedding there. Miki works with most budgets. I had buffet and got lots of compliments on how delicious the food was. The venue is huge and can accomodate medium to large weddings. Miki provided us with contacts to vendors she had used in the past and I got the best prices in town. Truly, this is elegance on a budget. I encourage all brides to hurry the place books quickly.

The Marina City Club was the perfect venue for our wedding. We fell in love with the rooms the first time we visited to met with Miki, booked the place immediately and have absolutely no regrets! We had the entire floor to ourselves the whole day including the fantastic circle bar, the restaurant’s regular dining room, AND the entire adjoining room with dance floor and raised area for seating. The entire floor has panoramic windows with a great view of the marina. One of the “wow” factors is their retractable wall – the cocktail hour was held in the bar and restaurant area while the adjoining room was set for dinner and hidden behind the retractable wall until the big reveal. But even better than the fantastic setting is the Marina City Club’s coordinator, Miki. She not only refuses to overprice anything in-house, she also works extremely hard to seek out high quality and low price vendors for outside services like special chair covers and linens. The food was very good and beautifully presented, and guests commented especially on the delicious appetizers during cocktail hour. Miki was an absolute pleasure to work with on the details leading up to our big day, and she worked throughout the entire day and night of the event to make sure that everything ran smoothly. Even after the wedding, Miki stowed away the top of our wedding cake and other things we left behind for us to pick up at a later date. She is fantastic, the venue is incredible, and it all came at a fantastic price. I highly recommend the Marina City Club.

I LOOOOOOOOOOOOVE miki & Marina City Club!! Miki is the angel for all brides and has been so great since she took over from the previous manager. She gave us the BEST price in town, but amazing food and service! All I can say is that, I didn't have to worry about ONE thing for the cocktail hour, reception and rehearsal dinner. I changed my rehearsal dinner venue last minute, and she took care of everything and gave us an amazing price with amazing food. She even personally designed the menu for our dinner! The whole event on the wedding night went extremely smooth and every single person complemented how well it was organized! Can't say enough about her amazing work! Marina city club is a great place, with a great price. One thing I do have to mention tho, it's hard to find the restaurant from the parking lot. Miki had her staff guided our guests when they arrived, but a couple of families came late and the staff left already. They were lost forever. Other than that, Miki is amazingly incredible and the place is beautiful and many said it was one of the best weddings they have ever attended! I just can't say THANK YOU enough to Miki!! I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend this place and Miki!!!!!

The reception venue was beautiful, we fell in love with the place as soon as we saw the big round bar! We were able to have the whole restaurant to ourselves all night! Miki was such a sweetheart and an easy person to work with! She customized our menu to fit our budget without jeopardizing the quality of the food! I was brought up in the restaurant business, and I know how much food should cost. Most wedding venues rip off the wedding couples because it's the ONCE IN A LIFETIME event and so they can charge outrageous amount of money! Why would venues charge you $3/cut if you order your wedding cake from an outside vendor?? Miki adamantly refuses to charge her clients outrageous money and she helps cut down unncessary cost for you. Not only the food was extremely affordable and priced reasonably, the service was EXCELLENT! She worked with our DJ throughout the night, and everything went very smoothly. Many guests commented that they would like to consider this venue for their own weddings or for their children's! We felt so special and safe, because we had the whole place to ourselves and it's private, you don't have to worry about strangers crashing your wedding! I didn't have to worry about ONE thing throughout the night or even after the wedding, Miki had organized all of our things and put it in a box and distributed them to others to bring home. The ones that can't be brought, she put them away and allowed me to pick them up anytime. She is too sweet and I HIGHLY recommend her service!

I love working with Miki and her Staff. Not only is the Marina City Club a beautiful venue to hold your wedding, Miki and her staff do everything they can to make your wedding day a perfect one.
