I booked appointments for up do's for our mom's, my hair and 4 bridesmaids almost 7 months before my wedding. I found out one month before my wedding that my stylist would be on vacation. Since the salon granted vacation to multiple sylists, there weren't enough stylists for all of us to get our hair done at the same time. Even after discussing this problem with the salon coordinator, the situation did not change. I am baffled by the lack of professionalism this salon had. When your salon is booked for 7 appointments at 9 am, you should have 7 stylists to handle those appointments. My up do turned out okay, I was less than pleased with a few of my bridesmaid's hair do's, but we had photos to get to, I didn't have an extra hour to have the bridesmaids hair re-done. After paying $45 for each of their updo's, my girls re-did their hair before the ceremony. Very frustrating.

My hair and make-up looked lovely, but I'm really unhappy with this salon's professionalism. I cannot recommend them for another wedding party.
