Not only does Mary Kay's Bridal have an amazing selection of dresses, they also have the most amazing staff ever! They are so knowledgeable about everything wedding related, and are SO MUCH FUN to work with! I looked forward to going to the store every single time, and I was always greeted warmly! We got my dress, the bridesmaid dresses and the tuxes there, and I am so glad we did!

I chose Mary Kay Bridal because I was without a dress and in there shop at the right time. They gave me %10 off and free storage which was nice, I am an out of town bride. We were supposed to give my bridesmaids %10 off also and on my other accessories but we never did. Two of my bridesmaids got the same dress at another store for $70 less than the others who paid more at Mary Kays, not sure that was worth it, bridesmaids already pay so much to be in the wedding they can stand to save any penny they can. I was not happy with my alterations, in the end it was too tight and it started out loose. My bridesmaid who also had her dress altered there had exposed threads on the dress, so not really the highest quality. Also I felt pressured to buy veil from them but I didn't want one and the lady made me feel like I was making a mistake, she kept saying they don't work on commission but that wasn't how it felt. In the end the dress was too tight but it looked great.

They never answered their phones and were always under staffed.

I had such a great time with Spinner finding my dress. I found something I had no idea I would like. I bought off the rack so I saved extra money.
The only issue I had was one of my BM's dresses was ordered 2 sizes too small. We still made it work but it will be hard for her to wear over and over again.

I loved my wedding gown, and the price. I love that you do not need an appointment and they do not work on commission...I felt like they cared and were not pushy. My wedding gown, bridesmaid gowns, and tuxes were from there. I would do the bridal gown and bridesmaid dresses again there. Not positive on the tuxes, but that might have just been my own experience. There was something minor with 10 of the 12 tuxes we rented (wrong jacket, wrong sizes, etc). But they are amazing and everything was taken care of in a timely manner.

They are a little hole-in-the wall place in Richfield with great prices on wedding gowns! They custom-designed mine and worked really well with what I wanted. The value for cost was incredible.

WONDERFUL! Great to work with, easy to deal with. Always makes me feel like #1. Everytime I go in there, it’s like I am #1. They aren’t the fanciest shop but more than make up for it in their dress selection (and prices) and helpful staff. And Mary Kay (the owner!) is great. She is very hands on and easy to work with
Since I bought my wedding dress there and, because of the service I received, decided to have my dress altered there. It was a little pricy but I believe the attention to detail and staff (including Mary Kay herself!) made the higher price worth it.

These people are great. They were able to alter two dresses for my sisters that found out that they were pregnant after we had already ordered the dresses. The dresses still looked great and they didn't cost a fourtune.

The staff here is not going to dote on you. So if you are looking for that kind of experience when purchasing your dress, don't bother coming here. They barely turn their heads to acknowledge your presence when you walk in. But my dress was perfect. It was ready on time. They were flexible with letting me come do fittings after work. And because I bought the dress off the rack, I was able to purchase the dress for 20% less.

I had a really great experience here. The staff don't work on commission so I felt I was getting an honest opinion about the dresses I tried on. I always felt that they had my best interest at heart. I also had my alterations done at Mary Kay Bridal and I felt the fees were reasonable based on what I needed done. The alteration gal did a wonderful job and was very sweet. I will miss having an excuse to stop in and say hi!

Mary Kay's was the only bridal shop in the Twin Cities that had a welcoming, friendly feel when I walked in. I felt comfortable going there, I had fun finding a dress there and they have a fantastic seamstress named Huang (?) who beautifully altered a dress that was multiple sizes too big for me.
I bought an off-the-rack dress only 2 months before my wedding and had no problem getting it ready in time.

If it wasn't for one of the sales women I would not have found the perfect dress for me. I had gone in to look around and didn't really see anything I loved so I was about to walk out. She stopped me and said that I should try some on. So I picked out 3 dresses that I thought looked ok, and the second dress was the one. They do not work on comissoin so she could of let me walk out but they care about the brides there. Every time I walked in there they knew me by name and even knew the style number of my dress without having to look it up. They made every bit about finding my dress a great experience, and they did their best to work within my budget.

They have dresses, do alterations, and do suit rentals. I shopped around for my dress and they were $100 cheaper on average per dress I looked into. I liked that they had on site storage as part of buying your dress with them, so I didn't have to take it home and worry about the cat scratching it up. They also do alterations so you know your dress is in good hands. For the most part everyone I worked with was friendly and made me feel comfortable. Since using them to buy my dress I have referred friends there, and they all seem to end up using them compared to other options in the area.

I got all of my apparel there! My dress, veil, tiara and shoes! They were so fun and a great atmosphere!

Lots of dresses to choose from, but always very busy and they don't have a lot of dressing rooms. I loved the one-on-one service and attentiveness. They offered ideas, and I eventually found the dress I wanted! they offer cloak rental, tux rental, as well as shoes and jewelry. Liked the place a lot!

I loved my dress. I loved working with Mary Kay Bridal. However, I still have to give them a B. They mis-measured me when I ordered my dress and it came in one size too small (the sample dress in the store fit wonderfully, and I knew it, yet still allowed them to order me a smaller dress - so it was partially my fault for not speaking up). Once I got my dress, it barely zipped up. Well, when alterations came, there was not a way to let it out so it would sit on my hips properly because there wasn't any extra fabric. MKB would not order me the dress in the right size and said they would fix it with alterations. Well "them fixing it" was actually me paying for alterations. They ended up taking up the top a lot (it was a halter) and it looked different than the original dress, but I still had a dress to wear. In the end, my dress fit, but if I didn't stand straight, it bunched in the front.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Good variety of dresses to choose from. I found 2 that I loved, it was a hard decision.

Mary Kay Bridal is an unbelievable place to experience wedding dress shopping! The people who work there are so kind and helpful. They never made me feel like I didn't belong there unlike many other bridal shops that I visited.
