Jay is by far the best DJ in the area. He is extremely easy to work with and is very flexible. We met with Jay 2 or 3 times before the wedding and he was always kind, attentive, and helpful. During our reception, he greeted the guests, let them know of important things going on, and kept the dance floor full the whole night. He played the songs we wanted him to play, and didn't play the ones we didn't want him to play. His website is user-friendly and extremely helpful. You can even look up songs on his DJ playlist. Jay was a hit at our reception and he helped the night flow smoothly and kept things exciting. He would be my first and only choice for a DJ!

Maxximum Music made our day even more perfect! Jay did an amazing job, everyone at our reception was talking! The music was at the perfect level for all our guest, he made our reception a blast! He made it so easy on us, we didnt have to do a thing, Jay took care of everything on his own and you can count on him! I would request him to all my friends and family.

Maxximum Music DJ Entertainment with Jay was an incredible service all the way around. We could not have asked for a more professional yet fun DJ for our wedding! He really made the night a real party. Not only did he play great music, both from our suggestions as well as our guest suggestions, but he added some of his own choices that were in tune with our favorites and really livened the night up. I do not believe there was a single person sitting in the reception by the end of the night. We needed a bigger dance floor! In addition to all of this, Jay really helped to keep the night organized and made sure that all of the memorable events happened and that we did not have to worry about missing out on anything. We would recommend Jay and Maxximum Music DJ Entertainment time and time again and definitely plan on having him join us at any future events that we hold!

I found Jay on the internet and hired him for my husbands surprise 30th birthday party. I was so pleased with his professionalism and his willingness to work with me, that I ended up hiring him again for my mothers birthday party and then my wedding. He was thorough with details and made sure that everything was exactly what I wanted. My wedding guests still to this day tell me that my wedding was one of the most fun weddings that they have ever been too. I highly recommend Jay. You will not be disappointed!!!

Amazing DJ. Really works with you to get to know you and what you want. Extremely professional and organized. Plays awesome and current music and also adds twists to the entertainment that make the evening even more special. Would 100% recommend Jay..he rocks! :)

Jay was very professional and helpful throughout the whole wedding planning process. He provided ideas and suggestions to help make my wedding as fun as possible. I still have family and friends telling me how great our DJ was :)

He had got upset with our wedding party several times throughout the night. The wedding party and us were there for the same reason, to celebrate this wonderful day! We weren't expecting much from them, but we were expecting Jay and his staff to perform to our expectations. Since we met three times before the wedding and planned out how we wanted our reception to be. All the notes that were taken didn't plan out! He announced the wrong people in the wedding party, didn't have music for the mother son dance, and did not want to play the songs that were being requested by my Father-in-law. Also his photo booth attendant was ONE and a HALF HOURS LATE, and told us that no one from the wedding wanted to sign the album after placing their pictures in the album, plus the album that should have been handed to us at the end of the evening was given to us a week after our honeymoon. Jay is a nice guy, but my wife and I were disappointed. I guess he was just having an off day. We never signed a certified contract with Jay.

We have had the wonderful opportunity to work with Maxximum Music/Jay Shepherd. Not only is Jay professional, but very attentive to your needs while doing a great job as well! It's a joy working with Maxximum Music as a vendor and Jay's a joy to work with as a work with as well. Working together as a team, vendors are able to help make your eventful fun and worry free - and Jay's certainly a TEAM player!!
