The ladies at Mayfair Bridal are wonderful! Long story, but worth reading....

I had my eye on this Allure gown I saw online. I tried it on at two different stores in Austin, but neither store would let me buy it off the rack. To have it made by the manufacturer was not an option because of time constraints.

When I called Mayfair Bridal, they explained that they did not have the dress in stock, but would call the designer and have one sent to them in my size. Within 1 week, I went to Mayfair, tried on the dress, fell in love, and jumped at the chance to buy it off the rack for cheaper than what it was in Austin!!!

I decided to have my alterations done by them as well, and they did a fantastic job! After a horror story with a previous dress with a previous seamstress....yes, I had 2 dresses! My Mom and I agreed that we should leave it with them at Mayfair and trust them to complete the alterations. And I'm so...

I am so glad I found Mayfair bridal... Angelica and (most) of her team were AMAZING! I say most because there are a few people that work there that are not quite as helpful as the others (to say it nicely), but Angelia sure makes up for it. She helped me find my dream dress, and was so kind and caring every step of the way. Their alterations team is wonderful, and really helped me feel at ease with everything.

Everyone LOVED my dress. I was complimented on it all night long. Mayfair was able to custom make the back into a corset and made the train shorter for me. They did all the alterations for $250, and did not go a dime over it. Plus they held my dress for me until the wedding date which was over a year. My only concern is that when I ordered the dress, I had an unusually short backing in the corset (the flap to cover my skin), so they made a longer one for me. I paid $30 dollars for that. I only did one formal fitting, and the backing was perfect. However, when I put my dress on at the venue, it was apparent that the extended backing was somehow left out of the dress bag. I almost did not fit into my dress because of this. This should have been something I checked before I left the shop, so the blame is really on me.

The service was great. The owner (Angelica) received me, asked patiently what I was looking for and came back with 6 options all in the style and the range of price I wanted.

I had to have the dressed reduced and that added an extra cost, but at the end I was looking gorgeous on my dress and my groom loved it.

It is not a huge store like other bridals but it has everything you need and a great service.

Angelica and the rest of the girls took such great care of me! I was recommended to Angelica from Greg at Events by Reese and I couldn't believe how magnificent it all sounded. When I made my appt. with her, she narrowed my dream dress to 3, based from what I explained. The first dress she found me was the one! :) Throughout the 8 months I was there for my fittings and alterations, I felt like a part of the family. I trust and value what they say and follow their lead. I was amazed throughout the process from beginning to end. Angelica and the girls were encouraging and nurturing along the way. They helped me find the perfect jewelry to accent my dress. With their help and support, I can't imagine going anywhere else because of my experience at Mayfair. I'm so glad I went there and not anywhere else... Save your time, money and dream by going to Mayfair Bridal! :)

My older sister bought her wedding dress from Mayfair Bridal. When I got engaged my mother and sister said I had to go to Mayfair to get my dress! I am so thankful because they have the BEST service and the most beautiful dresses! I told them that I was thinking about a lace dress and I did not want strapless, they brought me a gorgeous dress and it was the only one I tried on! Yes, I bought the first dress I tried on!
They hemmed the lace dress (amazing job) and they cleaned my mothers vail and had it ready to pick up with the dress.
I would highly recommend this company. They are the nicest women with the best service and selection!

While we didn't buy the dress from Mayfair we bought the viel and had our cleaning done there. There was some confusion in the services included with the cleaning, but the owner made everything perfect! I would highly recommend going to Mayfair bridal as their service is the best!

Mayfair Bridal was the first placed we looked for a dress, and we ended up going back there because they had a wonderful selection and they were very helpful. I loved that they were a smaller place and they let you try as many dresses as you'd like (I wasn't limited to two at a time, like I was at other places). They had a fabulous selection of dresses in a variety of price points. The staff was very friendly, and they worked with me as many times as I wanted to come in for fittings or just to see the dress. They also allowed me to store the dress at the store until the wedding which helped tremendously. The only issue that occurred was that the dress was taken in around the rib cage (which it wasn't supposed to be), but luckily it was just a few stitches on the inside and it was easily and quickly taken out. Overall, they were a great place, and I was so glad I found my perfect dress with them!

Look no further if you want a gorgeous dress. We went in, told them what I was interested in and our rough price range and I came out with a dress that everyone told me was the most beautiful wedding dress they'd ever seen.

Everytime I went in for a fitting, they had something new and amazing on display. I tried two other shops, but if you want selection and unique dresses, Mayfair is the place to go.

Who knew you could stuff so many dresses in a room. There are no bells and whistles only beautiful dresses and amazing service. The girls (Angelica & Jasmine) will give you an honest opinion and help you every step of the way. The same dresses in Austin cost 200-600 dollars more. If you want more bang for your buck go to Mayfair.

Very nice; very helpful, very educational. Very difficult to find the store, but worth the trip. The customer service was great. And the selection was outstanding.

I shopped around for my bridal gown. Some of the places in which I went really didn’t seem to thrilled to help me but the moment I walked into Mayfair Bridal Inc they really seemed to want to help me find the bridal gown that would go with my wedding and something I really liked. I was so thrilled that they really wanted me to be happy and also that they really did want to help me. I found a really nice bridal gown that looked so nice and got me tons of compliments.

The dress was beautiful, but it was a little bit over-priced.

This is the only place in town that had the dress I wanted so I was forced to buy it from them and it was priced fair but be carefull with the $175.00 alterations charge. I had an inch taken in from the top, a bustle added, and about 1/8 inch off the bottom and it was $175.00. They upcharged on my "one of a kind veil" that showed up in an Alfred Angelo bag. I got married out of state and paid $85.00 to have my dress shipped (which once again is an upcharge) and it was left on my parents front porch in PA, even though I paid extra for a signature required service and they would do nothing to refund the absured shipping. I've been trying to work out this shipping thing for almost 10 months, and they never return my calls or send me the shipping invoice showing me they paid $85.00 for the shipping. A COMPLETE MESS.

I absoluetly loved my Justin Alexander dress from Mayfair Bridal! They were very friendly and helpful with each step! I went there numerous times to be fitted, have alterations, have the dress steamed before bridal portraits and again before the wedding! The steaming was included in the original price of the dress. The alterations cost but they told me in the beginning that there was a price cap for them and no matter how much you altered, they price wouldnt go higher then that! I loved the service and the attention we were given due to it being a smaller bridal boutique! Would highly recommend!!!

I would not go ANYWHERE else.... the service was great... all of the staff were friendly and went out of their way to be helpful.... they were happy to order for me and help me find the dress of my dreams. AMAZING!
