I can't thank McMurtrie Farms enough for giving us such a great place to have our wedding. The entire venue was beautiful! We had our ceremony in the meadows and even though there was a drought, the meadows were still somehow nice and green. The lodge was a great cozy place to stay after our wedding and the pavillion was the perfect place for our reception. We loved every minute of it! Thanks so much McMurtrie Farms!!

Chelsea is the greatest and made our wedding day perfect!

They were FABULOUS i had made my own food she worked with me, so i could make it happen. She was very friendly called me back in a timely manner. Any question i asked was answered not avoided like some others. I recommend doing the package staying at the cabin, it saves time and your already at your location and can relax the night before. They even offer a ride from the house to the meadows. I had a April wedding and it was wonderful all the flowers bloomed and the weather was a little warm but still a very wonderful area! Thanks again for making me wedding my dream!

Chelsea was a pleasure to work with, she worked hard to find times that fit into my schedule, and went above and beyond to make my day special. Her family is charming, and my wedding was beautiful and memorable.

McMurtrie Farms was to be the easiest vendor I worked with through the whole planning process. It was pretty much stress free getting the wedding of my dreams. I decided a year before the wedding took place that the ceremony would be at the farm because of how beautiful it was but mostly because of the amount of hospitality we were shown. Chelsea was so helpful, easy to talk to and plan, and accommodating.

we had our vow renewal here and it was just perfect! i love all the options this venue provides and Chelsea was wonderful and made all my dreams come true. Great place... Great people... Great experience!

The cermony site was the perfect setting for an outdoor wedding. Chelsea worked with my every need and want. I truly had my dream wedding!

We were lucky enough to be the very first wedding held at the Pavilion at McMurtrie Farms - our pictures are all over their website, and as you can see, we had a lovely wedding. Our experience is going to be different than most because the site was still under construction as we were leading up to our wedding, but now that everything is in place, we're sure that brides are going to be extremely happy with how their wedding goes at McMurtrie Farms.

The biggest pro about this place is that with the pavilion, you get the house on the property. That's a boon in many ways: you save money by housing visiting relatives there (saving on hotel rooms), you get a place to get ready before the wedding, and you also can use the house as a place to have children entertained during the wedding - or for someone to take a nap if they have to! I can't overstate how calming and centering it was to have a "homebase" right there on-site -- without the usual pre-wedding "bustling from here to there" it was so much easier to stay centered and happy.

The other big pro about this place is that the owner Chelsea is extremely invested in making sure that everything goes right. She was there throughout our wedding planning and made sure that she followed through with everything that was promised to us. When you're at a hotel or other bigger operation, you really lose out on that personal service (and good luck seeing the owner or even the manager on the day of your event!). At our event, Chelsea was in the background supervising and making sure that all the little details were taken care of. She will work tirelessly to be sure that your event is pulled off perfectly!

I would definitely recommend McMurtrie Farms to my friends - for both weddings and events like family reunions.

There are a couple of cons - the location is in the back of a neighborhood, so you will have to quiet down once noise ordinances kick in at 10pm and there are some improvments to the property that are still needing to be made - but these are minor annoyances and wouldn't cause me to tell anyone to steer clear.

McMurtrie farms is a wonderful wedding venue. There is so much space and the pavillion with stone wall was a really nice touch. Also, Chelsea was a breeze to work with, would definitely reccomend this venue to clients!

This is one of my favorite venues, it has a lovely ceremony options and a great house you can use with lots of room to get the bridal party ready. Chelsea will make your dreams come true, i love coming and making the brides lovely and i even renewed my vows here!!

I shot a wedding here recently for a couple, and I loved the wide open space, and the country-esque feel their venue offered. A wonderful place to shoot at.

McMurtrie Farms is the perfect location for your next event. The property is absolutely gorgeous! The creek flowing in the background adds to the serene setting. Chelsea is a sweet, loving and hard working mother. She has done a remarkable job building her venue and providing a lovely space for couples getting married in the Pflugerville area. Every time I have had the pleasure to work along side her, she has been professional, courteous and very helpful. She has a true passion for her family, career, and those around her.

Gorgeous, quiant farm house in historic Pfleugerville. The beautiful gazebo is surrounded by acres of beautifly kept landscape and structures that are sure to captivate and charm you. I met Chelsea about six months ago, when she was planning her open house and we have been working together ever since. She consistantly goes over and above what is expected and does not disappoint. Her staff is very focused and detail oriented to create the day that her clients deserve.
