food was incredible! everyone just raved about how good our food was! catherine was very easy to work with and went above and beyond for us. the cake was very pretty and tasted like heaven!!!! i would highly recommend me and my tearoom to anyone for any function!

Me and My Tea Room Catering did the wedding and groom's cake. They both were delicious. The groom's cake was a 3 tier chocolate paisley with chocolate covered strawberries. Of course the wedding cake was a 3 tier square box shape countered stacked with butter cream icing. WOW.. Catherine really out did herself. The lady we dealt with at Me and My Tearoom was friendly and helpful! They were able to set up and deal with a reception venue that did not have a kitchen and the food was AMAZINGLY good! Not to mention the great prices compared to other catering companies!

This is a great catering company. You get so much in the wedding package (including your wedding cake and groom's cake) for such a fair price, which is rare in the wedding world. They offer so many menu choices and even offered to make some of my favorites which weren't on the menu. We were very particular about how the food would be presented, and they let us customize everything down to which display trays to use and how to decorate the table. The only thing is that the cakes melted a bit in the hot Memphis sun, but they were able to expertly repair them. Highly recommended!

Me and My Tea Room not only has amazing food, they are extremely affordable!!! I received a great deal of compliments on how wonderful our food was!! The food looked great as well! I would definitely recommend Me and My Tea Room to anyone!

Okay, Catherine is really sweet and wonderful; HOWEVER, make sure that when you two agree on something that she understands and she gets a contract to you IMMEDIATELY!!!!

Her and I met at Abuelo's and discussed a sit-down dinner with two options for our 80 guests. She quoted the price. I asked if I could pay in chunks and she said yes. Okay, we even come for a tasting with her and discuss again the aforementioned service. TWO WEEKS before the wedding when she was paid off....she calls and starts talking about a buffet-style dinner and some other stuff. I said, "No, Catherine, we discussed a sit-down dinner with two options, remember?" Then, she said....oh, well, I didn't know you wanted a sit-down dinner...ummm...I don't have enough people to work a sit-down dinner..and um, i am going to need more money for that. Well, I told her that we had discussed it from the beginning and she said she would NEVER have agreed to that. *sigh*

Well, I was in a spot, so I had no choice. THEN, instead of nicely dressed servers, they were dressed in faded black jeans, t-shirts and dirty aprons. Then, I couldn't get a glass of tea to save my life...and I WAS THE BRIDE!!!

The food was wonderful, though. The presentation was great. If you use them, GET YOUR CONTRACT IMMEDIATELY or don't do business with her. She is over-worked and she doesn't remember what she says and the price she quotes you....so get it in writing BEFORE you walk out of the door!
