Tremendous doesn't even describe how amazing this hidden gem is. It is only 2 yrs old but is one of the best undiscovered places out there. We found it through a friend and are so pleased that we booked them. It is a one wedding function the grounds are beautiful, the staff so attentive, the food decadent, and the memories will last a lifetime.

They could not have been better. The owner is at every function and went table to table to make sure our guests were having a great time. The cocktail hour has been quoted from our guests as the best ever. The amount of food was insane. We were able to create stations that reflected our nationality. We had an Italian Tuscan table and a Irish Guinness table w/ a variety of meats and potatoes. The décor of the cocktail hour was very vibrant and carefully planned out. I loved the cocktail hour room… dark woods and gave it a very “homey” feeling. Not a stark white room. We missed most of the cocktail hour due to pictures, but from what we tasted and saw it was magnificent. My maitre’d was extremely attentive and helped me out so much.

After having several business events (holiday parties and picnics) at Meadow Wood Manor, I knew I wanted to have my wedding ceremony and reception there!The food and the service were absolutely amazingl! The staff were so accommodating and helpful. We had a cocktail style reception and the guests raved about having the ability to move around the room instead of having assigned seating. I recommend the 50's style station, people loved it!I cannot say enough great things about Meadow Wood Manor!

We were amazed with the impeccable service provided by the staff at Meadow Wood Manor! We had the best time ever and this place made that possible for us! I got married at the Meadow Wood Manor in October and ever since my wedding all i hear is how perfect our wedding was. Everyone raved about the food, service, elegance, lighting, cocktail hour being exquisite, and so on and so forth. I wouldn't have changed a thing and i wish everyone had the experience i had and will take my advice and get married at the meadow wood manor!

My husband and I got married on September 25th 2011. Everything was perfect down to the staff at the meadow wood. I had my a woman named Jess that followed me around all night and she was awesome she had things for me even before I asked. I would def recomend people to have affairs at this venue, AWESOME STAFF & AWESOME FOOD!!!!

We just had our wedding at Meadow Wood Manor on July 23 and it was wonderful : ) From the moment the limo pulled up, the service was sensational. I had my own personal brides assistant, who was so helpful especially with helping me with the buselling of the dress. The cocktail hour was amazing, people couldn't stop coming up with compliments about good everything was! The wait staff and everyone who works there is so friendly, and they really make you feel special. Also, both my family and bridal party said how they catered to them as well. It was a perfect day, thanks to all of their help : )

This is by far the best wedding venue! The place is absolutely beautiful, especially the area where cocktail hour is held (everyone raved about cocktail hour...both food and venue!!). The biggest thing of all though is the staff! The owner and his wife are at every wedding and it was their smiling faces that wished me luck just before I walked down the aisle with my father. The entire staff is just beyond nice and willing to do anything to make your wedding day perfect. They know exactly how to make a wedding great and they sure do so, between the beautiful decor, the amazing service, and the unbelievably good food!! The food was out of this world and that's all everyone has been talking about!!! I only hope I get invited to another wedding at this place!!

We got married at the Meadow Wood Manor on July 3rd. We had both our ceremony and reception at the space. Everything was coordinated beautifully. We wanted to have a Kosher-style menu to accommodate our families' and guests' needs. Danielle, Jeff, and chef Mike spent hours helping us create the perfect dairy-free menu. They were able to be very creative and come up with more ideas than we could have imagined possible. Jeff, the owner, was helping me from the moment I stepped out of the car until the second we left for the evening. We had arranged to come extra early and take pictures in the beautiful Meadow Wood Manor lobby, and the staff was ready to help us from the moment we stepped in. They had everything ready for us, from drinks in the bridal suite to a set-up Wii and foos ball table in the grooms game room. Our guests continuously complimented the amazing food throughout the wedding, and are still talking about it over a month later! My bridal attendant, Lori, was extremely helpful. The bustle on my dress kept breaking, and she was always there, equipped with plenty of safety pins, to help me fix it. The maitre d' kept the event running smoothly, continued to ensure my husband and I were happy, and helped point out wonderful pictures for our photographers to catch. Every aspect of our wedding day went above and beyond expectations and turned out perfect, all thanks to the Meadow Wood Manor and the wonderful staff there.

I had such a great time at our wedding. We received so many compliments on how friendly the staff was, how great the food was and how beautiful the MeadowWood Manor is. I would recommend them to anyone. I was satisfied with everything on my wedding day!

Meadow Wood Manor was fantastic. Right from the word go our experience was perfect. Jeff, the owner, and Heather, our coordinator, worked with us to get the per head price into our price range. Heather was helpful, cheerful, wonderful throughout the planning. The tasting was such a special night. Very classy and really got us excited about our wedding. Our actual wedding day was so excellent. The cocktail hour was unbelievable: so much food, presented so beautifully, everything tasted delicious. Our guests were absolutely blown away. The service was very smooth and gracious. Our bridal attendant was super sweet and helpful. The facility is gorgeous, clean, and spacious. We had a guest who got out of control. The staff took care of the situation so quietly and discreetly that my husband and I didn't even know anything had happened. When I think that we almost booked our wedding at another North Jersey location for $140/head I literally shudder. We got so much more for less at Meadow Wood than we could have gotten anywhere else. I'd recommend Meadow Wood to anyone. Wouldn't change a thing!

From the first time we set foot in Meadow Wood the staff was so pleasant and helpful. They made our wedding day amazing. I even had a issue with my dress and within 2 minutes they bought me safety pins! Our guests are still raving about the cocktail hour and they said the table service was quick and friendly. Everyone had a full glass throughout the night! I would highly recommend this venue to any bride. They take care of EVERYTHING and make your reception smooth and fun! I cannot say one negative thing about Meadow Wood Manor! From the second we walked in looking at the venue we new it was perfect!Our Wedding reception was absolutely flawless. Meadow Wood Manor was such a pleasure to work with and they are absolutely fantastic at everything they do! Our coordinator was so amazing and accommodating and helped us to achieve our exact vision for our wedding. We had several meetings over the course of several months to help fine tune our wedding menu. We loved working with them because they really allowed us total freedom to start from scratch and create our own culinary dream for our wedding. We gave them several home recipes that they very willingly helped us to recreate for our wedding which gave such a wonderful and personal touch...we even created an international cocktail hour with flavours from India, Vietnam, Cuba, etc. It was incredible to have them say yes to anything we asked when it came to food. And come wedding day, everything was executed so beautifully and several guests came up to us telling us how amazing the food tasted. Even though we didn't get to eat as much as we would have liked to at our own wedding, everything we tasted was a pure delight. Meadow Wood Manor is wonderful if you're looking for a catering group that is willing to work with you to create your own culinary vision.

Meadow Wood Manor did hands down an amazing job for our wedding! From the very first meeting with Heather to the last good-byes to Jeff and Maureen at the end of our wedding night, everyone there made sure that our night was perfect and I wouldnt change anything about it! The food was delicious and the service was impeccable! Ingrid was my bridal attendant and she did a fabulous job helping me with the little things, but the little things that counted (like bringing food to me at the cocktail hour to make sure I ate and packaging my specially made Fried Oreos to take home with me!) Overall, Meadow Wood Manor had such an impact on us as well as all our guests that I'm sure everyone will be talking about it for years to come! Thanks to all!!

Beautiful place! Delicious food! Jeff, the owner, even personally served us! The bridal attendants and staff were fabulous! All of our guests ranted and raved about the reception! The Victorian style is elegant and the reception room was intimate. I would recommend this venue to every bride that wants the perfect wedding!

Total perfection! I have heard from so many guests that this was the best wedding they have been to. The Meadow Wood Manor staff is beyond professional. They were friendly, accomodating, flexible and a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process. WOW! A statement I heard all of my guests say to us about the Meadow Wood Manor. What an exquisite experience. Not only is the venue gorgeous, the attentiveness of the staff, the outstanding food and just the warm, welcoming ambiance puts them in a class all their own. It was such a great wedding that my husband's cousin booked it for her wedding next year immediately! Not only is the staff fabulous, but the owner actually greets all of your guests and makes sure your event is EXACTLY how you envisioned it... customized cocktail hour stations - anything you want! Meadow Wood Manor is an amazing place to have your wedding. The cocktail hour is AMAZING! Danielle our wedding coordinator was fantastic! She also returned phone calls promplty and made sure that everything was just perfect for our wedding. We had a ton of details and Danielle made sure every single one of them (like picture frames, signs, etc..) were placed exactly where we wanted them. Jeff, the owner was there the entire night making sure everything was perfect. We ran into what could have been a big issue when we ran out of Bud Light and Jeff had 6 more cases there within 10 minutes! Our wedding was a flawless event and our guests are still raving that it was the best wedding they were ever at! You must have your wedding there! We are truly greatful to the staff for making our wedding day absolutely perfect!

THE MEADOW WOOD MANOR IS AMAZING!! Our wedding was over a year ago, and people are STILL talking about this beautiful and unique wedding location!! The owner Jeff puts his personal touch into every event...he even straightened out my wedding train as I was about to walk down the aisle! Not only is the food here (and there is TONS of it)...the event coordinators are 100% willing to negotiate and work with your vision and your budget!...The room in where we had our cocktail hour is the most beautiful room we had seen in over the DOZEN wedding venues we had visited. The cocktail hour included AMAZING food stations that were one-of-a-kind (like Fajitas & mini Coronas)...the dessert stations were OUT OF THIS WORLD (including a Friendlys-Style ice cream sundae bar, chocolate fountain, and funnel cake station)!! Our wedding had a very original "Hollywood Movie Theme", and the Meadow Wood went above and BEYOND to help incorporate our theme into their space... like an Oscar ice sculpture and red carpet! We truly hope that one of our family or friends will have their wedding at the Meadow Wood so we can enjoy everything AGAIN!! I would definitely recommend this venue for YOUR BIG DAY!!

We absolutely love this place. We looked at a bunch of places before we found the Meadow Wood in Randolph. They were the only place that had the "wow" factor that we were looking for. The food was great and the cocktail hour was amazing. We had all types of stations there and it was awesome. The staff were so helpful and nice. Heather was great to deal with and the Jeff the owner stayed around and greeted my guests and asked them if they needed anything. They gave us 5 star treatment. The Meadow Wood was everything we were looking for in a wedding, we weren't unhappy with one thing. I highly recommend this venue, they are exceptional!!

Meadow Wood Manor is truly a hidden gem. The atmosphere is absolutely beautiful. The staff is warm, welcoming, and so attentive. The food is out of this world!!! It was definitely the best food we've ever had at a wedding--and maybe even the best food we've ever had! The cake was absolutely delicious, too. We got married in March, and our friends and family are still talking about our wedding now in September. Meadow Wood Manor is extremely organized--and smart in the way they planned their establishment. As soon as you walk in the door, you see a beautiful grand staircase in the middle of the room. The waiting area is large and has different areas for sitting. We had the dining room for our cocktail hour and it was unbelievable!! Some of our guests thought that was the room we'd be in for the whole night. There was enough seating for everyone; you had tons of room to walk around and mingle; and the stations were set up beautifully with enough food for an army. The ballroom is extremely elegant (nice cream/ivory colors, very neutral; will work with any theme/colors that you have): we sat at a sweetheart table, and every other table had a perfect view of ours. Everyone also has the perfect view of the dance floor--so your first dance and parent dances definitely won't be missed!! We can't say enough about this place--it was perfect and we're always so surprised that more people haven't heard of it!! You will have the time of your life!! :O)

I could not have asked for a better facility to hve my wedding. My entore experience with Meadow Wood from start to finish was perfection!!! From the owners to the staff, everything was exceptional!! I would not change a single thing. The food was superb and the facility is absolutely gorgeous!!!! This place made my wedding day the most special day of my life!!!

I had an amazing wedding that the Meadow Wood Manor. All of my guest could not express how this was a diamond in the ruff. The food and atmosphere was AMAZING!! I can not express how wonderful they were through the whole process, I never had one issue with them. Everyone was extremely professional and caring about making your day special. I even had an issue with the bussel on my dress and someone that works at the Meadow Wood came up right away and saved the day. Wonderful place, wonderful food!

My husband and I had our wedding reception at Meadow Wood Manor this past July. We fell in love with this venue the first time we toured it and thought it was more beautiful than other reception sites we had looked at. On top of that, the service, professionalism and menu were all outstanding and left many of our guests saying it was the best wedding they had ever been to. I highly recommend MWM for your wedding venue or catering needs.

It was a beautiful place and we were lucky to have a gorgeous day. We fell in love with it the day we saw it. It is very elegant. Mary Ellen was so helpful and Jeff(the owner) was there on the day of our wedding to make sure everything went smoothly. They really make you feel comfortable. The food was incredible and if you left hungry it was your own fault. People are still talking about how amazing our wedding was and how incredible the food was. We would highly recommend this venue.

The Meadow Wood Manor made my dream princess wedding at reality!! Denise did everything possible to make our wedding happen exactly the way we wanted everything. The venue is beautiful and we are still receiving complements on the venue, services, food, and just about everything from our wedding! Highly recommended!!Denise and the owners of the Meadow Wood worked with us on prices and food options, their service was over the top!

We booked our event with Denise because she was a pleasure to work with. We did end up speaking with a few different people through the course of the planning but things that day went very well. The banquet servers, maitre d and bridal attendant were right on top of everything and answered almost all of our requests. I would definitely recommend them for any other couples looking in this area.

We were married on 10/2/11, and let me first say that the day of the wedding almost went off perfectly. The venue is beautiful and the food is AMAZING! I think food and atmosphere are some of the most important parts of making a great wedding and Meadow Wood has these two things down! The nice thing about getting married on Sunday there was we also had the whole venue to our party which was a big bonus. My bridal attendant was very also so wonderful. I believe the staff truly tried to create a fantastic experience.I did have some issues before the wedding though that made me uncomfortable. I feel that our communication with our coordinator lacked follow up, and some things that should have been made clear weren't. madow Wood includes a number of wonderful things in the price like linens, menus, and many other things a lot of vendors charge extra for. It was not made clear to us when we met to pick the menu that the place cards they provide are to be written out by the bride and groom, or the person of your choosing. i think the wording was deceiving when they say place cards are included especially since you have to provide them with a spreadsheet of guests at each table. The other major issue we had was I believe the communication of meadow wood with our vendors. We went with a photo booth vendor not on their approved list. I thought though that per the contract and our coordinator telling us that if the vendor could not set up at the proper time they would be informed before hand. Out vendor showed up at the time that we provided to meadow wood that they would, and they were turned away by Jeff because he didn't want them setting up in the lobby and could not have them set up during the cocktail hour. They came back and were not set up til after 6pm, so honestly we lost about half the time that we paid them alot of money for. My recommendation- Meadow wood is a good venue, but choose their preferred vendors possibly, or really make sure you are aware of the details because that could cause some hiccups.
