Leading up to the event there were a few snags. I hd a walkthrough scheduled where no one showed up. We finally got someone there two hours later. Also, follow up on little details were a little lacking. In the end these things didn't matter. Everything looked and tasted amazing. They took care of so many details in was well worth the price tag. We had a late cocktail reception and there was more than enough food. I feel in the end that went above and beyond. Brides to be they even had fantastic recommendations for other vendors. They led me to my florist and dj.

Our venue recommended this catering company, and we could not have been happier! We had a cocktail hour and dessert bar at our wedding, and Melange gave us an amazing selection. We are still getting compliments about how amazing the food was AND how great it looked. Melange has a great attention to detail, and they include a wonderful presentation along with the food you select. I had no idea we could have food like this on our budget! The staff is absolutely incredible to work with. It was a breeze working with them in the planning stages, and I fell even more in love with Melange at our wedding when Kathy and her staff went out of their way to pull aside myself, my new husband, and my parents to sneak off and enjoy a little of the food we missed during pictures. They even made little "to-go" boxes for us with food they had set aside for us to take with us.
