Fabulous foods. The Lamb is a must try.




Oh my goodness, this place was AMAZING! It is very deserving of its two Michelin stars. It is the perfect place for a very fancy rehearsal dinner, a great option for catering, and an amazing place for a small wedding. Our favorite dish of the night was the Egg caviar! It looked so unique and tasted oh so good.
AMUSE BOUCHE:
* Salmon medallion served with a delicious three-layer cucumber flan
* Tomato covered in goat cheese and pistachios
BREAD:
* Six kinds! All six were amazing: Brioche, Basil, bacon, olives, two other ones that were really good but I just can't remember the name...
FIRST COURSE:
* Egg Caviar, Poached Egg, Lemon-Chive Crème Frâiche, American Osetra Caviar
* Lobster Bolognese
SECOND COURSE:
* Monterey Bay Abalone, Leeks, Arbequina Olive Oil Jus
* Imported Dover Sole "Goujonnettes," Chanterelle Mushrooms, Almonds, White Corn Brown Butter Jus
THIRD COURSE:
* Prime Rib Eye and Short Rib Stuffed Tomato, Fourme D'Ambert, Potato Boulangere, Whole Grain Mustard Chutney
* Lamb Loin, Leg and Shoulder, Eggplant, Roasted Peppers, Crushed Purple Potatoes, Lamb Jus
FOURTH COURSE:

The Olivia Room features a spectacular retractable glass ceiling, tile floors and wood-paneled glass doors that enclose it completely from the main dining room.
Three and Four Course Menus are available for parties in The Olivia Room. Structured to accommodate your guests, all menus are selected by the Client from items featured on our current menus. Seasonal items are subject to change based on availability.
