NEPA Party PROS

Thankfully I didn't have to pay this woman more then $100 due to winning $500 off any of Heather Dehnel's (owner of event planning 911) wedding planning packages. The package I picked was $600. She never returns your call unless you threaten her with your attorney, she shows up at rehearsal and is writing down details of my wedding that I planned because she fails to get back in touch with you to know what is going on in the first place. Her contract we agreed upon stated she was to give us a bridal binder (we never got one), on-site coordination (I was the coordinated one, not her), Assistance with bridal party gifts (she never even came to the rehearsal dinner to do that, we did it ourselves), she was to check into some bartender services for us (we ended up finding our own, because she gives you info. on people who don't have a business anymore), she was to bring her digital photo download station, per her suggestion, to store wedding photo's in a folder on her computer to download onto a CD for us (she never even did that nor bring it), she was to put favors on the tables (we ended up doing that), there was so much she DIDN'T do I could go on and on, but I would NOT recommend her to anyone EVER, she's awful to work with and she lacks communication skills. She's probably had so many complaints about her that's why her business name is now Event Planning 911 instead of it's former name Memorable Moments.
