Memory Box Photo
Wish I could tell you how the services from Memory Box Photo were... but I can't because they never arrived to my event. I contacted Dale 5+ months before my wedding and booked a Photo Booth. We sent many E-mails between us, setting up a logo, picking a backdrop and I even E-mailed him a 6 weeks before the wedding to confirm that everything was set for the wedding and everything was ready to go. When we arrived to the reception hall, I realized that the photo booth was NO WHERE TO BE FOUND! I had the bartender Google Dale's number, and called him to ask where he was, thought maybe he got lost? No. He says there was no Photo Booth coming to my reception. Then says "Oops, sorry". I ensured that we would recieve our refund and hung up the phone. Then, we get a check in the mail. A check in an envelope, no written apology, no kind of accomodation for this huge mistake.
I was really looking forward to having a Photo Booth at my wedding, and told all my friends and family all about it! Let's just say I do not have kind words for this company, and want everyone to know about what happened.
Luckily, everything else for my wedding went absolutely perfectly. Not having the photo booth doesn't change the fact that I had an amazing night with family and friends and got to marry the man of my dreams... but this was a complete and utter JOKE!

I fully accepted that I dropped the ball on this event. I apologized both verbally and by an email that wasn't responded too. It was an error in my scheduling and I had the wrong date on the calendar and have since taken steps to make sure it doesn't happen again. I have over a 99% success rate on events but I am human and make mistakes. I apologize (again, and publicly) for the fact that you didn't get your photo booth. Had you not been so crass and unaccepting that mistakes happen I would have certainly wrote you a letter with the check but I really felt that it would fall on deaf ears. I would love to earn your trust back, let me know if you ever have a charity event and I will do it for free. Thanks for writing and congrats on your recent wedding!
Everyone LOVED the photo booth! It was a big hit; even people who usually avoid having their photo taken got in the booth. We especially loved that the booth was bigger than typical size and it produced 4x6s with multiple photos rather than the tiny strips. We also loved that it included a custom design for our wedding! It was also a much better price than the typical, smaller booth rentals. Love them!
The photobooth was so fun! Great props, awesome greenscreen, and liked that multiple photos could be printed as keepsakes.
The photo booth was a huge hit at our reception. We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Dale. He was wonderful to work with and especially patient for a huge wedding. Everyone we’ve talked to that went to the reception remarked at how much fun the photo booth was. We would recommend him to anybody that is looking to add a fun element to any get together.

This locally owned small business also believes that you as the renter are the owner of the rights to the photographs and gives all of them to you on a CD so you can have your own prints made after the event. We also host your photo's on our website under password protection so only you and your guests can view them. From there it is easy to save them to your computer for reprints or using on social networking sites.
