Men's Wearhouse/Mr. Tux worked well for us because the groomsmen were all in different places, and had to be fitted at home but pick up the tuxes at our wedding location. They were very understanding when we changed the pick up location several times, and made adjustments for the guys as necessary when they picked them up. I just don't understand why they require all of the tuxes to be returned the next day after the wedding, it's extremely inconvenient. We had to pay $20 per tux because we didn't make it to the store before it closed at 6:00PM on a SUNDAY. It just seems like they would understand that couples have better things to do the day after their wedding then to rush out to return the tuxes.

We were terribly disappointed with the level of service from Men's Wearhouse. The men in the wedding all bought pants and a jacket from them and the company order the wrong color pants for all eight people in the wedding two different times. Then, when ordering the jackets and changing the buttons, we had to go back to the store two times to get it right. It is difficult enough to coordinate the schedules of eight people, but when the store you are working with gets your requests wrong several times, it leaves a terrible impression.

The best aspect of Men's Warehouse is their professionalism and expertise. They took the time to find out about our event, our colors, and our themes. They gave us tips on options that would make my husband look his best. I often felt like we had our own team working on us... they practically waited on us hand and foot! This is the way a store should treat it's customers... It was nice to feel important.
And when there were things we decided NOT to get, there was no pressure.
Wonderful.
