the tux was ordered and they all came in at different times... some were early and some were late. one shirt was wrong. we live 45 minutes away which was very furstrating but satisfied

My husband decided to go with suits rather than tuxedos because after the price for renting, you could pay an extra $100 and have something to keep. All of his groomsmen looked fantastic in their suits! They got a great deal when they brought everything together with one of the store's special sales too. We would have appreciated more timely delivery of the suits, but everything worked out. Don't wait until the last minute to order!!!

We were so excited about the tuxes. Absolutely perfect matching of colors and wide selection. However, within the last week before the wedding, this company really made our lives difficult. There was a special going on where 2 tuxes were free, with the rental of a certain number. When the guys went to pick up the tuxes 2 days before the wedding, one of the best men were told that his tux was no longer free (without prior notification or anything). In addition, I found out that one of the ushers and my father in law had the wrong color vest. When my father went to pick up his tux, they told him they never recieved his deposit and tried to make him pay it again. (We had the receipts.) My husband spent most of the night at our rehearsal dinner on the phone with one of the better sales reps trying to work out these situations. All in all, they came through, and made sure all of the vests were the correct color, my husband's best man had his issue resolved, and they refunded all of our deposits. So in the end, it all worked out, but what a headache to deal with the night before the wedding!

They were very affordable and professional and I would recommend them others.

Men's Wearhouse took care of the tuxes for me, my 8 groomsmen, my Dad, the Father of the bride, and the ringbearer. People were able to get fitted all around the country. I liked that I could track online who had and hadn't been fitted yet. The tuxes were ready almost a full week before the event date. The quality is great and everyone looked really good. We had to get all the tuxes back to them the day after the wedding, but I didn't have to deal with that because I was already on my way to our honeymoon!

We got a bunch of tuxes from here (I think it was 6 or 7). All the guys looked very nice in them and the tuxes fit well. I went in with my now husband to figure out what he and the other guys should wear. It took us about 30 minutes to get in pick out the tuxes, get my husband measured, and get his tux ordered. The man that helped us was very good, professional, and helped us see what looked good together.

The majority of the staff is knowledgable, friendly and helpful. The tuxes were available days before the wedding which was very helpful, especially since the vests were the wrong color. One person tried to argue with me that those were the vests I requested, however they reordered them and were able to get them for us the day of the wedding.

Since all of the men in our wedding lived all over the country, this was really the only option that we had for tuxes. They were nice and it was really easy for all the guys to just go in and get measured and tell them that they were with our wedding party. The only problem was that everyone had to bring them from where they lived to North Carolina. But, we were able to drop them all of at any Men's Wearhouse the day after the wedding which was really convenient. Not everyone's tuxes came right the first time and some were missing shoes but all of that was remedied before the wedding itself.

They were helpful and patient with us. Everything was on-time, our order was accurate, and one of the 6 tuxes was free.

With the wedding party from all parts of Canada and US, they wer very flexible with getting our suits at different locations. Only one close was my father's tuxedo which ended up coming in JUST in the nick of time with the travel time and all. Service was great at all locations!
