The men in my bridal party looked great but they could not wear their jackets because they forgot my husband's jacket. How do you forget to put in the groom's jacket? He had to borrow his best man's jacket. The rest of them just wore the vest and ties. They looked great but that should not have happened!

We used several Men's Wearhouses in the VA area including Fredericksburg, Manassas and Arlington. The customer service is awful and the people both on the phone and in person act like it's such a job to answer your questions. I will NEVER use this company again and I will NEVER recommend them to friends or family for upcoming events. Trust me, you will not be satsified with the customer service. Very STRESSFUL!

Overall disappointed with Men's Wearhouse customer service and flexibility considering they are of the leading tux rental business in the country. I chose to use them so that we could match the groomsmen colors to the bridesmaids David's Bridal dresses which was convenient but, when using multiple colors I learned options can be limited.
When we asked if a groomsman could try on a black shirt with his tux because, that is what we wanted to use for the wedding we were told by a MANAGER that NONE of the stores had them for customers to try on. After one phone call to a local store I found it was an option just not at every store.
They gave 1 of our groomsmen someone else's tux but, he caught it.
They told our groomsmen different return policies for their tuxes.

I rented my husband's tux from Men's Wearhouse in Fair Oak Mall. The service was good and was able to pick it up a few days earlier than expected.

A bit disappointing as two of the groomsmen had issues with their suit jackets fitting correctly. Another had a problem with pants being too long.... attitudes of people waiting on them weren't extremely helpful...

Our experience here was fine. We got a good deal on suits - we did not do rental. Everything worked out well for us.

MW did all our tuxedos. One gentleman was large, and they were able to accomodate his size. 4 of our groomsmen are very tall, and they found extra tall pants and were able to size them correctly (we had problems in the past). They let us pick up a few days early without any extra fee.

I would not recommend Mens Warehouse to my worst enemy. Most of our tuxes (4 of 5) were ordered out of the Glen Burnie, MD store. Out of the five tuxes that were ordered from them, 0 were correct. First of all, they were supposed to be ready for pick up the Thursday before our Saturday wedding, needless to say they were not. My husbands tux was ready on Friday but when he picked it up the shirt was way too big. My fathers tux which also was not ready until Friday afternoon had the wrong vest with it, and the new vest they ordered which did not come in until the morning of the wedding was also wrong and way too big but he had no choice but to wear it as my wedding was at 11am. My best man is from out of town and we had arranged to have him come into town on thursday morning so he could get his tux, however it was not there, and his vest was wrong when it did come in friday. The ring bearers pants were too long. My husbands father had ordered his tux at the white marsh, md location and his tux was the reason my wedding ceremony did not start on time. His vest was also incorrect and they had promised the new vest would be in at 9am on the day of the wedding but it did not come in until 1040am, which was 20 minutes before my wedding started. Because of this, he arrived at my wedding 20 minutes late and made the plans for the whole day be rushed.
The customer service at the Glen Burnie, MD store was HORRIBLE!!!! The "manager" told me on Friday when wwe went to pick up the tuxes that should have been there on thursday that it was out of their control and there was nothing they could do. I was furious, so PLEASE bride-to-be's out there, DO NOT risk your wedding day being ruined because of this place. There are so many more tux places that are wonderful, please check into them!

We got all of our mens tuxedos from Men's Wearhouse (groom, groomsmen, fathers, and ring bearer). The price was very affordable and the quality of the tuxedos were good. I didn't have any problems with them. I would recommend trying on the tux 2-3 days prior to the wedding because some other people that were having a wedding waited and then insisted on not having the men try it on and then the bride complained when she took them home and they didn't fit. MW's explained that to us, our men tried on the tux's 2 days before and their were some minor alterations that needed to be done. We picked up the tux's the next morning and everything was good to go. Overall, the service they provided was good.

Not bad, my brother's tux was all messed up, so they had to rush in another the day before the wedding. Also, they only have black childrens suits, so our grey theme wasn't perfect.

I would strongly recommend that people not use MW Tux. While everything worked out in the end - it was a pretty eventful couple of days. First, with 7 groomsmen, ring bearer, groom & two fathers, we needed 11 tuxes. Of those who were sized AT MW Tux, half of them had to return it the tux and have changes made at the fitting on Thursday prior to the Saturday wedding. They said that my 15 year old, 6 foot 4 inch brother grew 3 inches in 15 days (time between his fitting and picking up the tux). We had to have shirt & jacket shipped to him, luckily it arrived on Saturday morning. The ring bearer had to have his pants hemmed - they were about 6 inches too long - but the hem fell out when he put them on, so his pants remained too long. Some had suspenders, some didn't, we were quoted one price, then people were charged another, they didn't take debit cards, then they do, they lost the information for one of our groomsman and asked him if he was sure he was in the wedding (I have a receipt from registering and he's on that list) and on and on. In the end, everything was okay, but it wasn't worth the drama.
I strongly recommend that you shop around.

When my Dad & Fiance picked up their tuxes they both needed alterations. My Dad's Vest was 2 sizes too big and his shirt was too small in the arms, and about 2 inches too short. My Fiances pants were 3 inches too short and his shirt was 2 sizes too big! Replacements were not received until two days later (the day of the Rehearsal which was very inconvenient considering our wedding was about an hour away from this location). Despite their inability to measure correctly we were never offered an apology or a discount.

Men’s warehouse has your typical selection of men’s tuxedos. They do offer a good deal off, rent 4 tuxedo’s and get the 5th rental for free. My husband ended up with a free tuxedo rental and it didn’t matter which tuxedo he rented (from low end to high end). I wasn’t too thrilled that you couldn’t try on a sample tuxedo in store and had to wait till 2 days prior to the wedding to be fitted. I will say that even though you waited until 2 days before the wedding, they were quick in making whatever alterations you requested. I think the service could have been better and more experienced tailors on hand to advise the men on size and fit. We rented the shoes from there, as well, and on the first go- around all the shoes were extremely dingy… but they did re-order in time for the wedding and we received new shoes. The selection of vests wasn’t broad, but they did offer a few more designs than “After-hours” which I believe is also a subsidiary of Men’s Warehouse.
