After Hours Formal Wear

After hours was who we got the tuxes from for my husband and the groomsmen. Overall, they were great to work with and very flexible when it came to changing our minds. The only thing that bothered me was the lady who did the fitting for my husband's tux. She continuously called him "sweetie, baby, honey" etc Generally this wouldn't bother me at all, but this was all during the time that she had her hands on him for measurements. :(

If I had not already been working on controlling my temper, and had not just driven 5.5 hours to get there and had to go back the next day, I would have chewed those people out and turned around and walked out, with my now husband, and all this groomsmen in tow. The were in no way responsive to any of our questions, when they were not being apathetic, they were looking at us like we were stupid and it was no their job to answer any of our questions, only take our personal information and money. It then took over three hours, which wore my enraged mind down so that I just wanted to cry. Trust me, go anywhere else. Like, the Towne Squire in Cleveland or somewhere that actually does their job.

My husband and his groomsmen rented their tuxes from After Hours, and never had a problem until the day of the wedding. Since we were going out of town for our wedding, one of the groomsmen picked up the tux. We found to our dismay, it was NOT the tux we picked out or the vest. Since there was nothing we could do, the wedding went on just fine. Upon return of the tux, we were refunded and they were very apologetic. They did try to make thing right. We appreciated that and would recommend them for the service, responsiveness and professionalism.

This location is professional, but runs on a short staff. We waited an hour before being seen and then had to wait longer for my now husband to be fitted.
