MW Tux

I feel like I need to write to different reveiws for this vendor. The first time we went in to place the order, we were handled wonderfully. The woman who placed the order for us was great, very nice, joking with us, treated everyone great. When we went back to pick up the tuxes it was only 2 days before the wedding. We waited for about 20 minutes to get dressing rooms. The man who went in the back to find my husbands tux was looking for the wrong name even though he had already asked it about 5 times. He came out and told us the tuxes werent there, even though both his best man and ring bearer were already there trying theirs on. My husband's jacket was too small, his pants too short, his brothers jacket too small, and his pants about 4 inches too long. We were told to come back to pick up the altered tuxes at 2 on Saturday, when the wedding was at 4. And when they went to get them, they still werent ready. The only good thing about the tuxes was that they looked wonderful after all that frustration.

Our tuxes were from here. Everyone of the groomsmen had something wrong with their tux, including the groom. And this was the DAY BEFORE THE WEDDING when everything was finally workable. The ASSISTANT MANAGER told the mother of the groom, "well, you can't get better service at Birch and Hatfield." This whole experience was a disaster!!! I will NEVER recommend them to ANYONE!

We used Men’s Warehouse to outfit the men in the wedding party. Overall, we rented ten tuxedos from them. What we really liked about this company was the ability to set up an account at one store and then let each person go to the store in their area to get measured. When the gentlemen went to the Men’s Warehouse in Huntsville to pick-up their attire before the wedding, there were several errors in the order. One of the guys did not have shoes, another had a jacket that was too small. This caused unneeded stress. In the end, the store manager brought the correct size coat and shoes to the wedding site 3 hours before the wedding. So, they did make up for their mistakes, but the mistakes never should have happened to begin with.

We used Men's Warehouse to fit and provide a tuxedo for one of our "Grooms in Training" shoots, they were great to work with.
