My husband was satisfied with the service at Men's Wearhouse in Rockville so we thought we would post a review to share the experience. When we first went in to set up the tux rental order, we were seen quickly. The tux my husband wanted to go with was quite expensive, especially since they were all just renting for the day, so he changed what he originally wanted to lower the price. He was measured that day and the person helping us took the info for all the guys; they just had to go in to be fitted or call to give their measurements.
My husband called the store once or twice for clarifications of the order and was happy with the service he received then as well. One of the guys' jackets didn't fit correctly but he had called in some old measurements so that wasn't Men's Wearhouse's fault anyway. They got it taken care of and all of the guys looked great the day of the wedding.
Yes, you have to return the tuxes the next day but you know that going into it. Plan accordingly or ask one of your groomsmen to return them for you. We took them back ourselves and it was a painless process.

They are rent-a-tux. Used tuxedos. The only reason why we used them is because we had groomsmen all over the country and they needed to get fitted before the wedding...so that is a convience. However, the tuxes are somewhat dirty and ratty. My husband's vest was frayed and needed to be fixed and my dad's was dirty. It actually had used tissues in the pockets!!! So was it even cleaned to begin with??? He ended up getting his for free. And then you have to return them the very next day...such an inconvenience. At least give us two days. Just make sure you try them on and check all the seams and everything.

We bought some of our Men's attire at Men's warehouse. It was inexpensive, but they were generally unhelpful. Their standard tuxedo shirts are of poor quality.

The experience up until we picked up the tuxedos was great, but they got sizes of the pants all wrong and we didn't have time to go back to get it fixed. Very disappointing to see our guys all hiking up their pants the whole evening. Pick up your tuxes and try them on right then and there. They looked beautiful otherwise.
Mens’ Wearhouse was fine for our men’s attire. The tuxes and accessories came fine, with no problems or missing pieces. The prices were reasonable as well. With several locations in the area, it was easy for those in the wedding party to get their measurements taken and pick up their tux as well.
