I loved the tuxs I bought from them. The only thing is I wish they did a little better job on the alterations.Could have partly been my fault on not speaking up and telling them to alter it more. Other then that I really liked their service and liked the employees their.

I love the fact that Mens Wearhouse alerted me when all of my wedding party did not pickup there tuxes. The only qualms I had was the amount of alterations needed after we received the tuxes; it just did not make since because of getting measured before. But they fixed the tuxes in time and everyone look amazing.

When we ordered the tuxedoes, they did not have pants to try on so basically we went by photos in their catalog. The tuxes came a few days before the wedding and the pants were too big. They said they could not do anything about it as they were rental and we did not have the option to even buy the pants and get them altered. My advice- find a location where you can try the whole ensemble in advance.

This was the best tux place for our wedding because they have so many locations, and some of the wedding party was in the East Coast, South and West Coast, since Mens Wearhouse has so many locations it made it a breeze to coordinate with everyone on what they had to wear, were to pick it up & where to drop off. Also they give a free grooms tux rental with the rental of the groomsmen tuxes!

The Men's Wearhouse in Montclair, CA was very helpful and they were always available to answer any question I may have had. The suits arrived earlier than expected and my out of town friends and family had no problem to arrange for me to pick up my suits close to hom instead of them flying the suits out here from out of state. Thanks Mens Wearhouse!

our experience was great! They made it easy for us to not worry about where we would drop the tux back since they allow you to take them to any of there stores. We got them in Montclaire and drop them off in rancho cucamonga.

This place was a joke. The employees were friendly enough and tried to help, but their inventory was unimpressive and scandalously overpriced. The tuxes looked worn and the vests had weird ways to customize them to fit various sizes.
We finally put a decent ensemble together only to be told it would cost $180 per person. That's more than my bridesmaids spent on their dresses! We left and found gorgeous new tuxes for $99 at 3-Day Suit Brokers in West L.A. (See my review there.)

Our experience with the Men's Wearhouse and MW's Tux was absolutely terrible. We had decided to use a national chain as all men in the bridal party were in Washington, DC but the groom was in Los Angeles. I tried working directly with the Santa Monica store; we tried ordering all suits (for sale, not rentals) and this was a disaster. We didn't inspect the groom's suit when we picked it up and later found out it was stained and had to return it. One of the groomsmen's suit was delivered to him with ripped in the pants! when he tried to exchange it back in DC, the store was not helpful and he had to try more than a dozen stores and dealt with them personally. The third groomsmen received the wrong size and he had to deal with several stores, as well as their online sales department, and it took over two months to fix this issue.Very dissapointed..........

...I had a terrible experience here. I went to the one in Glendale and my then fiance and I stood there for like thirty minutes being ignored. Then, after we finally were assisted by an older rude gentlemen, they told us the two button Calvin Klein advertised in their catalogue was not yet available in any of the LA stores.
Hunh?? Thanks for wasting my time. Grrr....

It depends on who you get to help you while you are there. Some of the sales/rental people are excellent while others are incompetent. We experienced one particular salesperson to be completely incompetent at her job as she made a bunch of mistakes. We spent nearly 2 hours at the store when we came to pay for all of the tuxedos for our groomsmen. It was a very frustrating experience. Luckily, we got all of the right vests and ties for the groomsmen and fathers. However, they neglected to tell me (even though I had spoken to them several times on the phone) that the original tux that we had ordered (a 2 button Calvin Klein) was discontinued and that it was now just a 1 button tux. Thankfully it looked similar to the original, but I would have liked to have known about it! Overall, a less than satisfying experience.

For our wedding we went in and met with some one in the West Covina Men's Wearhouse. And had our party picking up tux's In Monclair. VanNuyes, and West Covina. The Tuxes looked great We did end up short A pair of cuff links and The people at the store failed to tell us there was an extra tax for buying the socks that go with the tux's When we were quoted the price per tux we were under the impression that it included the socks like we discussed but There was and addional 10 dollars per pair of socks per tux. They were very accomidating when we had to adjust the size of our party 3 times. They were very nice about it and said up until 2 days before we could add or subtract people. We paid 150 per person my husbands tuxs was free but we paid for socks for it. It was his cufflinks that were missing so our party just went without to match.

They were very helpful in helping the groom and the groomsmen find the best suit taht fit them, and the good thing is that they have stors all over the USA, so people can go to the one that is the most convenient. This is very convenient if all the groomsmen don't live in the same city.

Missed orders and just a lack of professionalism. Orders were delivered late for pickup. The grooms order was not even available until the day before the wedding. They had to take a suit off the rack to alter. Their corrective actions were insincere. Overall, a bad experience. The assistant manager mentioned that they would have the store manager call and make it up to us. But that call never happened.

They were great help with ordering the tux's but on the day our grooms men picked them up one jacket was way too mall one pair of pants were way too long and pair of pants were too short. Fortunately they fot the right sizes in before the wedding.

All of the menswear rented for our wedding came from Mens Wearhouse. Also, my husband purchased a tux from them for the wedding. I have to say that we were somewhat disappointed with the quality of the rental tuxes: the fabric was coarse, the cut was somewhat baggy, and the waists were elasticized (yikes). To be fair, the sales rep did tell us that the rental tuxes differ in quality from the ones they have for sale. We were very happy with my husband's tux. The one thing that we weren't thrilled about was the lack of flexibility when it came to pick up and drop off. They allow only a short window of time in which to do both, which can be problematic for people already going nuts trying to finalize their wedding!

We were very nervous, after hearing about all the nightmares that come along with these bozo rental places. Most things worked out fine, except: My brother's jacket was way too big, and he ended up borrowing one from my dad. Also, my DH gave ties as gifts to his groomsmen ( Red with turquoise stripes, of course!), but the dad's tuxes were supposed to be rented with ties...well, they forgot to give the dads their ties, maybe they got confused, but my DH's dad and step dad did not have ties at our wedding!!
