Men's Warehouse

We used Men's Warehouse for all of the tuxes. It seemed like they weren't sure what was going on at different stores. Problems with two of our tuxes not fitting correctly when picked up and they drove us nuts with phone calls about who needed to be fitted and picking up the tuxes.

We were not happy with the attire that all of the men wore. Each bridal party member was measured at a different location and when all of the tuxes arrived, every single one of them needed to be adjusted. Most of the suits did not fit properly the day of the wedding and nothing was done on their end to fix the issue. We were not happy with the service of Men's warehouse.

The tuxes we're fine - but definitely overpriced. If I did it again, I'd look for a better deal elsewhere.

Men's Warehouse was sooo easy to use! Our wedding party consisted of people coming in from different states so we wanted some place where everyone had easy access, so they could all get measured and have the same tux. Well, from NYC all the way to Arizona, NONE of our guys had any problems. The tuxs looked amazing and service was quick and easy. While they may have cost more than a small local tux store might have, the convenience made it worth it. We also got the groom's tux free!

Overall, we had a great experience - and all problems were solved in the end. For our event we had 9 tuxes. The groom's tux was sent to a different location - out of state, and ended up arriving less then 2 hours before the ceremony -- but at least we had it on time!! 4 of the others had problems when they went to pick it up and needed changes made and additional trips to the tux store the day of. But this location was the one who took the fault for the entire chain. They did it gracefully and handled with professionalism the entire time.

Nice tuxes. Good service. The guys looked great. It was great having locations nationwide for our groomsmen to visit.

Overall, very positive experience. No problems with our orders for the men's tuxedos in our wedding. A little pricey IMO.

My husband was very happy with the tuxedo selection that Men's Wearhouse Tux had to offer. The
groomsmen's vests matched the bridesmaid dresses perfectly. The service was prompt and accurate. We had no problems and all of the men in the wedding party looked great!

For the eleven tuxedo rentals for our wedding, we chose AfterHours Formalwear. I changed my mind a couple of times in regards to styles and colors and they kept very accurate records of changes. The groomsmen went to a couple different locations and there was continuity among all the records at each store, and the convenience of many locations was appreciated by all the men in the bridal party. On the day of the wedding, all of the tuxes fit perfectly. My only complaint is I would have like to see some sort of a price break with the purchase of eleven rentals. I almost changed my mind because I found another place cheaper (with rentals of more than five tuxedos), but it was too close to the wedding at that point. Luckily, we received the groom’s rental free and won a free tuxedo rental for my father at a bridal expo.
