Men's Wearhouse (Sunnyvale)

My husband was a groomsmen in our friend's wedding and they used Men's Wearhouse. It was great because we live 2 hours away from the wedding site, but we were able to rent in our town and return at the store near the wedding! The tuxes fit great and there were no pieces missing. If there had been tuxes in our wedding, we would have gone with them for sure!

We had an excellent experience with the Men's Wearhouse and worked with their San Francisco, Market Street location. They were very helpful and easy to deal with throughout the process, even giving us a great deal with a coupon we hadn't used when we initially signed up when we called about it a few days later. They also managed to coordinate our very complicated order pretty flawlessly. We had groomsmen all over the Bay Area, one in Manhattan as well as a brother in Las Vegas and dads in Utah and New Mexico! Everyone was able to get measured and pick up their tuxes at their local store with no problem, and then drop them off here in California after the wedding. The tuxes looked incredible (see the photos in my bio--only my husband was not wearing a Men's Wearhouse rental) and I couldn't be happier.

Since my husband bought his own tuxedo they let us apply the "rent 5 get one free" deal to one of the fathers instead, which was also impressive and flexible. Five stars from us!

After reading reviews of different Tuxedo Rental places I was convinced there was not a good company out there. Fortunately we got lucky with Men's Wearhouse. We worked with the store at Westgate in San Jose. Our wedding was in Monterey and it was easy for DH to pick up his tux at the Monterey Men's Wearhouse as we were already down there. We didn't run into any problems at all. I had signed up at a bridal faire earlier in the year and paid $10 deposit and as a result I was able to get all of our guys tuxedos for $59.99 instead of $99.99 plus DH's tux was free. Can't beat that. Finally something for free.

We made our selections in the store from a catalog and took the groom's measurements. I do wish they had samples of the tuxes in the store because it's hard to tell from the pictures...make sure you ask to see the swatches for the vests, it made things much easier. I had a special deal from a bridal show over a year before and they were very good about figuring out how to handle it since they don't offer it anymore. They did a great job keeping me informed about which guys had gotten fitted as we drew close to the deadline. When we went to get the tuxes, the groom's needed an alteration but they were good about doing that quickly. Another groomsman dealt with the Moutain View store. He needed a rush order since his size had changed since he was measured and they did that efficiently although his vest was not a full vest. The tux and shoes were in much better shape than rentals from other companies I've seen.

FYI-to get any replacements, they need to know by 3pm to have them the next morning. I would have made that more explicit to the groomsmen had I known that, but all turned out well.

My fiancee and his best man visited the store yesterday to check out their selection. While they didn't place an order for anything, they did spend almost an hour in the store. The sales people were extremely helpful, patiently answering all his questions about the latest styles and what they thought would look good on him. I think he's gonna try a few more places before making his final selection. 5 stars for the patient and helpful sales people!

Excellent experience with Men's Wearhouse. The staff was very courteous and professional. We got our tuxedos chosen there and we had the groomsmen go in for fittings all over the country. We got everything on time and no pieces were missing or were the wrong size which is a minor miracle since we had 7 groomsmen.

We went with their Pleasant Hill location and had no problems. We went with them due to 3 tux requiring guys being well over 6ft tall (groom, best man and father of the bride)and b/c the FOB who lived in Michigan could get fitted there and pick up his tux here in California. They were great, they even were able to get a replacement shirt at the last minute when my dad noticed a tear in his shirtsleeve.
