After Hours Formal Wear - Lake Forest Mall

We had problems with After Hours from the start all the way through pick up. We got the grooms tuxedo free when we signed up in Lakeforest Mall in Gaithersburg, Maryland. When Ted took his dad to get measured, he was surprised that what they had on file did not match our initial selections. I called and spoke to the manager to get the corrections made, but at the time of pick up everyone was given long ties when we had selected bow ties. Ted was able to get bow ties for everyone in the end, but it was unnecessary stress. He felt that the service was random and that it truly depended on who happened to be working in the store on a given day.

We had the WORST experience with After Hours. And when we had issues the manger blew it off even the district manager blew it off. It was sooooo Awful the grooms tux was late coming in and then they tried to just fit him into anything. All our groomsmen/ushers were frusterated. I would NEVER reccomend this headache.

Highly recommened.... because we were having a destination wedding we needed to rent our tuxedo's for a longer period than usual, they were very accommodating! The gentleman who assisted me in choosing the tuxes was very insightful and helpful! I believe we picked the best tux imagineable for my wedding. Everyone looked absolutely perfect! They had a very nice variety. Very classy look.

Typical run of the mill formalwear place. The people were nice. We first saw After Hours at a Bridal Show, and we won a free tux rental in addition to the groom's free rental, so that was nice. We had a little bit of a snafu with the groom's tux. I don't know all the details, but they immediately made it right. Whatever the issue was, they took care of it with plenty of time to spare.

Erin and Sara were extremely helpful from the first time I spoke to them all the to our honeymoon. They helped us to make sure that not only did everyone get fitted and get their tuxes picked up on time. The primary location for the groom's tuxedo was the one in Westfield Shoppingtown in Wheaton, MD but the groomsmen got their tuxes from multiple locations.
