Groom's tux is free with so many rentals!

Some of the suits we rented, although fitted by the staff here, were too big upon arrival and needed to be corrected.

My husband’s groomsmen and our usher all lived in different cities/states. Thus, he wanted to go with a national chain, so fittings and pick-ups could happen in different cities. My husband’s tux was free, as the 5th tux rental was free. We couldn’t have been happier with the service we received there. 
 


The time it took to set up the tuxedos was over 2 hours! They didn’t have any tuxes for the groom to try on or for us to see in person.

Decent pricing, decent selection. They were able to take all of our bridal parties information and enter it into the computer and then we were able to log in online and see who had/hadn’t gone to their fittings. They were professional and easy to work with.

The tuxes looked great, however, several weeks before the wedding, we received a call stating the ties were being discontinued. It had turned out they ordered the wrong ones. Many of the vests were to small and the jackets were too large. They were told if they came in within the allotted time span, they could get whatever they needed to get everything to fit. That wasn’t true. They needed to be back the next day or you would pay extra, yet the store wasn’t open the next day due to a holiday. They were still charged extra despite the store being closed.

They have a great selection of Tuxedos-- we were able to find exactly what we wanted.

We had groomsmen from around the country. They made it easier for every man to go to a store get fitted. We were able to pick them up in a store in Illinois and returned them all in Milwaukee. Their process was easy and smooth.

It’s nice because it’s located all over the map, and my groomsmen were coming from many locations. For simplicity’s sake, this is still probably the right call. But they promised me they could get the tux below a certain price, and then I found out my groomsmen were paying higher than I wanted, and higher than I was quoted. When I inquired, I was given an explanation that had not been laid out for me before. I could have done better, but I didn’t do much shopping around since I knew this would be convenient. As for the overall experience – it met expectations. I’ve been fitted for tuxedos before, and the staff is usually pretty helpful and the quality of the product is more than adequate.

I give them 4 stars only because how does a tux shop get 5 stars? The manager was very nice and helpful. The tux we chose was being phased out, but they made sure that it was available for us to use on our wedding day. Their prices were very competitive. Easy pick up and easy return.

I had to ask to make sure, but Nate said that he had a good experience renting his tux at Men's Wearhouse. In the last three years, Nate has been in a few weddings and he has had to wear rented suits from there. Each time he has visited the store, he said that the staff was nice, friendly, and they knew what they were doing. He likes how efficient they are. He has also bought many of his business suits and shirts there, and stands by their quality. I think he would have bought a tux if he thought he would wear it again, but I think he made a practical decision in not buying a tux. The day of the wedding he looked very handsome, and I don't think anyone could tell that it was a rental.

I think my husband looked great in his suit! All the guys went for the suit fitting, and my husband explained to me that it was probably the easiest part of the wedding planning. I found out afterwards that they didn’t even need to go altogether, because the suit style that Drew picked was in the system. My only suggestion is to not give them your email address, because Drew received emails announcements from them for about six months after booking his appointment. We still haven’t figured out how they got his email address.

Formerly Afterhours Formalwear-- it was a nightmare. They don’t computerize things, they still do orders on triplicate forms. Orders got lost and had to be reordered. Afterhours didn’t have the correct color of ties when the guys picked up their tuxedos the day prior and had to deliver the correct color ties on Saturday morning right before the ceremony. I would not recommend using them to anyone. The one positive thing is that there are locations across the country, so my out-of-town members were able to get sized in their hometowns.

You know, I’ve heard horror stories about Men’s Warehouse in regards to weddings. But my husband and I had no issues with them at all. We received them all on time, in the right sizes and colors, the tuxes looked great. No complaints at all.

I was happy that he wore a suit, and he looked great in the three-piece suit he picked out! I don’t remember all the details, but this is where all of our male friends seem to go when they need a suit for a wedding or a graduation. The fitting was okay, and on the day they picked up their suits some jackets and pants didn’t seem to fit well, or as well as the suit should have fit. That problem was quickly dealt with and resolved. I give them 5 stars because the staff is professional, and they sought to solve the problem.

I went to Men's Wearhouse at the suggestion of both Sara's family and several of my co-workers. I was told that they have an excellent selection of suits at great prices. I thought that the quality of the suits could have been better. I also thought that for the amount of money we were paying, that we could have gotten a better deal. The suits are nice and sufficient, but they are not that special. Everything I bought was on sale three months later, which was a bit disappointing that I could not have gotten the discount at the time. I guess I am disappointed because I expected much more from my custom suit buying experience.

We had a lot of different sizes and shapes of our wedding party and fathers. (My hubby has very long arms...) Men's Wearhouse was able to accommodate everyone.

Our tuxedo rentals went off without a hitch. We had a relatively large wedding party, and not one of the men who got their tuxedos at Men’s Warehouse were given incorrect attire. Everything was perfect. We even had a very young ring bearer, and though his tuxedo was too large for him, the company did their best to keep him as comfortable as possible. The group fitting was a lot of fun – and the people at MW were patient and helpful despite the large group. Also, we got a great discount by visiting a local wedding show that helped keep the costs down.

The employees at Men’s Wearhouse were easy to work with and offered many suggestions. The tuxedos looked fantastic except for the best man’s, whose was different then the other groomsmen’s. His pocket was sewn shut so he actually needed to cut it open for the pocket square to fit! His shoes were also slightly different. While that was disappointing, the tuxes were tailored well and looked very elegant.
